The hotel is very conveniently located, just 5 minutes walk from Termini station, and close to the main sites of interest. The property condition is excellent, the staff is great. Breakfast is delicious and very complete. They have a restaurant if you prefer to have dinner there. There are also plenty of restaurants around. Overall a great value for money. We were in the hotel in two different occasions on the same trip. The first room assigned was excellent, comfortable, and clean. The second room although had a better distribution than the first, did not have a fixed shower head, but one with a hose which was not easy to adjust, also water spilled into the floor as the shower glass was not properly sealed. Except for this inconvenient the hotel was perfect. 100% recommended. We would definitely go back there again.

The room was comfortable and clean. Desk staff was helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar tender lacked customer service training. He stated no service at bar only from seating. We were first customers a few minutes pass 16:00. We took a seat. Ten minutes later another couple arrived. At twenty minutes, we left to go to restaurant next door with immediate service.

Hotel was very friendly and helpful, however one lift created a lengthy time to wait. Very clean. There were some dangerous large steps so be careful walking around the hotel as my husband had a fall.

Was a great spot to stay in Rome! Easy access to train station and walkable to most major city sites. Room was very small, but all you need! Busy spot and would stay here again.

Our room was very dated for a 4*, hotels are no cheap in Rome, awful view of a wall, family of 3 tightly squeezed into a very small room, very dark, felt very enclosed if I’m honest, thank god for a roof terrace as I felt I could breathe up there, location is good for train station

Nice and modern but they were having trouble with air conditioning in several rooms. 100f outside. Air worked in our room but fan speed stuck on low so we had to wait for about an hour for the room to cool to a comfortable 75f. Beware pic pockets do work around the train stn near this location.
