No hot water!!!

Short stay because we didn’t like to take a cold shower. No hot water and no indication that the management would fix the problem. It seems they really knew about the problem because they ran the water first thing after entering the property. It ran for about 10-15 minutes and still nothing. Should have known then it would be a problem. I also like people to be honest. They were not honest with VRBO about our conversation about the property. Good thing I had it all on the messages on the app.
