The hotel is in the perfect location and we had a beautiful room. Our only issue with staying there was that we had requested a car to pick us up at the airport and take us back the next day. Both cars had issues and we wound up being late going both ways. The big problem was that we weren't notified. I think if they're going to offer that service they need to be much more organized and efficient with it. You can't afford to miss a flight, especially these days.

We loved the location and walked everywhere. The Spanish Steps were just blocks away and many tourist spots are quite easy walks. There are many choices for dining and shopping as well. The street was lovely and peaceful. Staff was helpful.

Such a cute place. Luca is soooo sweet and the staff are very friendly. I felt very welcome and safe in their suite. I had a great balcony view of the town. Close to everything you need. All the high end shops. Great restaurants and walking distance from all the fountains, historic buildings and tour meet ups. 10/10 highly recommend.

Airbnb’s in an amazing location! Lots of shopping and central area to get around. Apartment is on one of the top floors, so you get a beautiful view for the sunsets. Arriving into the Airbnb, we found that it was a bit dirty. Lots of dust and water leak marks on the ceiling and walls. Things were pretty dusty but could be looked over. That was until we got to the shower. There was a rancid mildew smell and mold all over the walls and on the tile. Not just pink mold, but black mold. Unfortunately, there isn’t proper ventilation inside of the shower, which has probably caused this issue. We did have our Wi-Fi go out and the property manager immediately went into resolve that situation. If the situation in the bathroom gets resolved, this place has a lot of potential!

Very nicely located around all the attractions. Staff greeted us when we arrived and had our room ready before check in. Lovely and very pleasant. Clean and spacious compared to other places we have stayed in Rome. A lot of shopping available safe area and many great restaurants around.

Great location

Great location but was a bit of a nightmare we never noticed that the guesthouse is only open during certain hours but with a bit of back and fourth they managed to help us out. Balcony was great!

Perfect room great price

Beautiful corner room just as pictured. Extremely clean. Equipped with Nespresso machine, hot water pot, and mini refrigerator and desk. Lots of space plenty if hangers. Appreciated the large size towels too. Can’t beat the location. Will stay here again.

Worst experience

This property is a private apartment building that is locked; there is no reception at all. The owners misrepresented the situation, made no arrangements for me to gain entrance. I stood out in the rain ringing the bell for 15 minutes; nobody answered. I only got in to the entryway because somebody came out of the building. The elevator was broken, I walked up to the fourth floor where the property was supposedly located; all the doors were locked, no one responded to knocking. After an hour, of waiting, asking next door, trying contact through the Hotels.com app, I was finally forced to drag my luggage in the rain to get overcharged at a nearby hotel. The owners never apologized for this, expressed no concern for the experience, and refused to help me with a refund, stating I had to deal with Hotels.com/Expedia for that. When I tried that, the chatbot said the refund needed to come from the property, then disabled the chat. Sad that such irresponsible people are taking people's money, and that travel sites work w/ them.
