Hotel building is lovely , but didn't like the decor in the rooms. No where to sit anything, bed side tables too small to put anything on, so had to put stuff on the floor Not a decent chair to sit on in the suite. Bathroom nice and spacious, but very disappointed with the room. Breakfast was very poor offerings for a 5 Star hotel. No one at all interested in telling you what they had available or even give you eye contact or a cheerful good morning at all. I would not book this Hotel again.

Hotel room was great. It was cleaned in the morning, but then had to request coffee several days. They came several times a day: to bring towels in the evening, water in the afternoon and coffee whenever they got around to it. Once in the evening after 10 pm. Over all, good service. Tried booking day trips, which I had done at many other 5 star hotels, but, they would only book private tours which were over $1,000 Euros. Heat in room did not work. I had to constantly call to have the front desk turn it on from the desk. The temperature at night was in the low 40s. Spa: had to reserve the pool and hot tub. 50 minute reservation to use. Private time. Would be great, but while we were using, they gave 2 gentleman a tour. Fortunately we were not showering, which is wide open, we were in the sauna in bathing suits. Overall a great place. We would definitely stay here again.
