The rooms here are quaint, the roof bar lovely and the location good but don't stay here if you want a hot shower. No hot water first night - complained. Told it was the boiler and it had been fixed. Next day - no hot water again. Complained and was told it would be "looked at". No apology. No reduction in charges. A hot shower is a pretty basic hotel requisite so I was not happy.

We enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the convenience of the location and the lovely rooftop terrace. The front desk staff should get more than 5 stars. They are amazing. It’s located in a great small Italian courtyard with 2 great returners and a 10 minute walk to the pantheon. Highly recommended.
