Overall stay was good. Bathroom and room were a little bit out dated compared to the pictures online. But overall staff and property were nice. Morning breakfast was adequate, more options would be nice since we have to pay for it. At the end of the day I would stay here again! Thank you!

Hotel Medici was located near restaurants and cab service. Friendly helpful staff especially Fabio! Decor captured spirit of Rome while being modern enough for comfort. Unique elevator!

Stephon was so helpful in getting us taxis and such. I did have to tell them that the hairdryer did not work and neither did the safe in the room. The breakfast was a disappointment. We had had many good breakfast throughout Italy, but that one was not one of our favorites.

Wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome - would definitely stay here again. Family of 4 (2 parents and 2 adult children). Comfortable beds. Plugs and reading lights by each bed. Large bathroom. Quiet hotel. Excellent check-in service, able to store luggage prior to check in, extremely helpful in explaining the Hop on/Hop off bus (able to buy pass for bus right at front desk), what to see, recommendations for restaurants. Loved this hotel!

This property is not as advertised!! We booked this hotel because it had a bathtub. The pictures and descriptions online showed a bathtub for the room we booked. When we arrived there was no bathtub and the bathroom was very small. I spoke with the clerk but he was very rude and said I was wrong even when I showed him proof. He said only the bigger rooms and they didn’t have any. The beds were very hard and when we told them we were checking out a day early the night clerk said that was fine. The day clerk however would not cancel the booking and tried to say that no because they tried to get us another room which was a lie!

It's an older hotel which is totally cool. It's a 3 star... Run the shower for a few minutes for hot water, and don't expect the bar fridge in the room to work. The location is excellent and they gave me a voucher for 10% an amazing restaurant..
