Don’t expect much for this property. It’s basically one room with a bathroom , one small walkway , no real lobby but a desk. All I needed is a bed and while still expensive, in Italy it was a good price. Excellent location beside the train station and buses so you can get around very easily in the city. Would stay again.

Property was centrally locater- you could walk to it within 7 minutes from the train station. The hop in hop off bus was located about 4 minutes away and there were plenty of places to eat. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. They had a nice upstairs rooftop area which you could use to relax in at the end of the day. The only drawback was we were not made aware of any of this until the next day as the office was closed when we arrived about 4.30pm. Their communication in that area could be improved but all in all a cheap convenient and comfortable stay.

This hotel was originally apartment building so the lay-out is what it is and one can see it immediately, narrow corridors and super small rooms. Everything was really clean and all in good working condition. Balcony was nice extra feature.It's kind of low end hotel but like said all was clean and good condition and friendly personnel. But the rooms are really small and shower size is a joke. Me being normal size person I had difficulties to get in and take a proper shower. Someone a larger person could not fit in.

I was very disappointed! Breakfast is 2 blocks away with a voucher for a hot beverage & a roll! There is no lobby! On the 5th floor there is a rude attendant! The elevator needs mayor cleaning! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Perfect service

Due to COVID19 we were given another hotel. The similar rank hotel. The hotel manager Cristiano was very helpful and customer oriented. The hotel location is perfect. All sightseeing places are within walkable distance. There is nice restaraunt in the same building.

Not suitable for younger kids and Family

Firstly, to be honest i did not enjoy the stay as we had received some difficulty with the receptionist about the booking and number of people staying in the rooms as the law was "different". We booked for 2 adults and three kids and we have another child under 12 which is free as its the international law but they refused to let us in and made us pay extra 65 euro for another room far away from the current hotel, which resulted us into splitting the family into two different buildings. Secondly, i would like to mention how un safe the elevator is, as my kids are young and the door is not secure as it should be, and it could result into someone in the future getting hurt also. I hope you understand my situation as i and my family wanted to enjoy our holiday humbly but unfortunately we received a lot of stress from the hotel about our stay in the hotel, Thank you.

As tourists from Canada, this was our first hotel and stop visiting rome, the receptionist was really friendly and went through the map of Rome and recommended where to go and how to get there exactly, offered us complimentary breakfast and recommended REbasilico restaurant which had absolutely amazing staffs and importantly food! Highly recommend this hotel for a great place to visit with all the accommodative needs within the suite! Great spacing very adjustable

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was good and the price was inexpensive. The downside is that the walls were thin so I could hear a lot from the surrounding rooms. Some people were up late and kept me up.
