This hotel was originally apartment building so the lay-out is what it is and one can see it immediately, narrow corridors and super small rooms. Everything was really clean and all in good working condition. Balcony was nice extra feature.It's kind of low end hotel but like said all was clean and good condition and friendly personnel. But the rooms are really small and shower size is a joke. Me being normal size person I had difficulties to get in and take a proper shower. Someone a larger person could not fit in.

I was very disappointed! Breakfast is 2 blocks away with a voucher for a hot beverage & a roll! There is no lobby! On the 5th floor there is a rude attendant! The elevator needs mayor cleaning! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Perfect service

Due to COVID19 we were given another hotel. The similar rank hotel. The hotel manager Cristiano was very helpful and customer oriented. The hotel location is perfect. All sightseeing places are within walkable distance. There is nice restaraunt in the same building.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was good and the price was inexpensive. The downside is that the walls were thin so I could hear a lot from the surrounding rooms. Some people were up late and kept me up.

Was sketched out at first due to all of the negative reviews but had a positive experience! Very helpful staff, clean & simple room, had everything for a basic hotel. Free breakfast was great. Best part was the area, very cute and lots of restaurants nearby and literally five minutes away from Roma Termini!! Very happy with this hotel (June 2019)!

Good location near Roma Termini train station. The hotel is located on the 5th floor with very old timer elevator. The elevator was a interesting/good experience. The room and batteoom are very tiny. If you carry a large luggage, You won't have space to lay down your luggage. The staff is friendly and helpful to give you suggestions where to visit in the city.

Do Not Stay Here!!

If it wasn't for the fact that we arrived around midnight and my kids were exhausted we would have looked for another hotel. We were put in the annex portion for the hotel which is a 10 minute walk from the main hotel and not the pictures they show on their site. I almost cried when we walked in the room. I think the only things they wash are the sheets, luckily. First off, they give you about 5 keys for all the different doors getting to your room, the bed frames had dirt all over them with mold/mildew in some spots. This is NOT a sound proof and is across the street from a 24 hour bar. All night I heard loud drunk people, cars and the doors rattled loudly every time someone came into the building. The beds were old and you can feel the springs in your back. Oh, and the bathroom, the SMELL that came out of it was horrible. The toilet looks as though it had never been cleaned and the mold on the ceiling was enough to make me sick. Did I mention the gum stuck on the wall? Gross. We had the quadruple room in the annex and it was so tiny. There was no room to walk around once everyone and the bags were in the room. As for breakfast, I can't tell you how it was as we couldn't find the "bar" they said it was at. Honestly I can not say anything good about this place, except they held our bags for a few hours and the staff was polite.

Sub-par hotel conveniently located in Rome.

The room didn't have AC. The shower leaked water into the bathroom causing a mess. Towels were as thin as the bed sheets. It is on the fifth floor but there is an elevator available. 2 blocks from the main train station.
