When we got there we were surprised to see steps that I did not see mentioned as it did say there was a lift, but in order to get to the lift you had stairs. Host met us and was very nice. Came in and very quickly pointed out locks, a/c and space and quickly left. We were not sure how the a/c actually worked we realized once alone. The back bathrooms smelled TERRIBLE and we called and were told to run water for the old pipes. Then we opened the dishwasher to wash the dirty dishes and also to do laundry and the washer and dishwasher smelled awful. I would have liked to know this prior to booking. It didn't really help. The other bathroom on other side did not have such terrible odors. Tried to contact host, took some time apparently didn't have the phone with him and sent us to the management company who were the ones that never followed up and told us to run the water but we also tried to contact our host 3 ways..cell number, email and through whatsApp. We ended up basically using 1 bathroom the entire time which is not what we booked. ALL cups we tried to use in the kitchen were dirty and we had to wash all silverware as well. Things were just not clean. Sent host at the end a question if we should take off sheets from bed, never got a reply. The place gets a 2 star for what it was and a 5 star for location hence the overall review. We stayed a total of 3 b&bs in different areas and this one is the only one we would not rebook.
