The location is excellent, it is centrally located to almost all important spots that you need to see and visit while in Rome, the down-side were the amenities such as the bathroom and the beds, but otherwise for those looking for an affordable and best location, this one is the best!

This was a great place to stay with a short walk to Vatican City in addition to crossing the river to access the hop on/off buses to explore the rest of Rome. It is rustic with the shower being a tad small but it was a safe place to stay with the price being in line with all this. If you want 4 /5 star accommodation this is not for you but if you are after a functional room for a place to sleep between exploring Rome it is a good option.

This is a basic room in a larger apartment. It was sufficient for my needs. I didn’t come to Rome for the accommodations. This room is close to Metro stop. Train passes near the building. You can feel it occasionally but not bad. The staff are friendly. It’s an easy walk to the Vatican from here. The door locks are peculiar. You use you phone to unlock the building door, apartment door and your room door. It’s slow at times and took several tries at times. Make sure to carry a charger with you while you are out. Otherwise if your phone dies you can’t get back in.

The pictures of property were a little misleading. We thought we were booking a suite when in fact it was just one single, tiny room with bathroom inside an apartment with 5 other rooms, inside a larger apartment. Not worthy the $$ we paid.

3 stars as it was just average! The hotel was very accessible by metro which was very convenient. Be warned that you MUST have internet/data/a charge on your phone to enter the building/apartment/room. They do not use actual keys/key cards. For some this could be a problem if you are alone and your phone dies. I also never met a person on the staff - they communicated by WhatsApp only.

The room was very outdated and quite honestly in rough condition. The wooden bed boards would fall out just by sitting on the bed. The bathroom was insanely small and didn’t even have a proper door (it was like a sliding closet door.) There is no daily cleaning like other hotels and instead you have to pay €30 if you want your room cleaned. The only good thing about this hotel was its location right above to Ottaviano metro station. I will say the owner of the “hotel” was a very nice man but the rooms are not up to par.

Great location

The room was small but clean. Two twin beds and a double bed was perfect for a family of 4. However, there's no cup provided in the room. There's a small closet with only one hanger. The location is very convenient, only 2 minutes from the subway station and Vatican.

Great accommodation, comfortable bedding, good AC, good shower, right next to the Vatican City and a metro station. Minor complaint the check-in is self service like an Airbnb which I wasn’t expecting and the door unlock instructions weren’t the clearest or made aware to me beforehand, once I figured it out though it works well and is very safe.

Met my expectations. Convenient in regards of proximity to main sites . Aditionally having the metro station at walking distance was a plus. Check out time requirement was to early specially for those who have flights in the afternoon . Was forced to carry luggage al around.

8/10 stars! Great customer service from Pasquale and Francesca. He met us at the hotel upon our arrival and oriented us with stuff we need to know. The Hotel, room and building has special locks to get in, that can only be accessed thru an online portal. Room and Bathroom is small but clean, with hair dryer, toiletries, ref, closet, and utensils. It is walking distance from Octavio train station, Sit Bus stop (transportation to FCO Airport), pizza, coffee shops, halal food, groceries and Vatican City. My only complaint is the dividing walls between bedrooms are thin so we can hear everything that is happening on the other side of the wall. Everything :) But other than that, I recommend this hotel for its GREAT LOCATION!

Pasquale was super nice. We arrived outside of the check in times and he met us there with no issues. He gave us many helpful tips to navigate around our first night. Room was clean and comfy. Cleaning staff was friendly. When I made it back to the states Pasquale contacted me to let me know I left my phone in the room. We arranged for it to be shipped back and I received it a week after my departure, so thankful! Would highly recommend this wonderful place that is super close to the Vatican and subway.
