Terrible check in

The Problem was when I check in , no one was at front desk. As an international traveler, I don’t have a phone to contact the hotel. The hotel front door was locked. The check in time I have informed the hotel manager a head of time. However, I have to ask a street stranger’s help to call the manager to open the door and get access to my room.

Misleading Expedia ratings, shouldn’t been offered as a “hotel” for foreigners, especially Americans. No body answers after hours, not suitable for woman, bad cheesy neighborhood, no clear sign of hotel or residence.. TAKE IT OFF THE EXPEDIA PLATFORM!!!

Great Find

Great find. Location was excellent. Close to the train station. Special touches such as treats left in the fridge, slippers and umbrella where well welcomed. A small shared kitched was great along with a coffee machine. Would definitely recommend 47 steps. There is no lift which may be difficult if you have heavy luggage to carry .

The place is nice, clean, perfect location! the only problem is that they don't have elevators (lift) so if you bring big luggage, it will be complicated to climb up 3 flights of stairs.

Perfect for what we needed

Two minutes from Roma termini. So clean! Convenient! Modern! AC great! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Had a late night train and needed a place to stay that was simple to get to. 47 steps was perfect. Just know that you have to walk up 47 steps—2 flights of stairs.

It was terrible. The checkin process was horrible we had to fill out everything online with complete security issues, all for a supposed seamless check-in, well it was not seamless. We were pounding on the building door at 9:30 at night to be let in even though we had a supposed automatic entery pass. we then had to climb 47 steps with our heavy suitcases we were two petite women with nobody to help and we were not warned this would be the case for only more door pounding because the building had poor reception. And then there was no indication for which room we were in. Which led to more door pounding and trying every room to finally find one that was unlocked and we had no idea if this was ours or not. This was the worse check in process of our life.
