We had a beautiful junior suite on the fifth floor. There was a sitting area, refrigerator, coffee, tea a huge bathroom and a crystal chandelier! We felt like we were in a castle

Horrible Experience at the Hotel Quirinale

This was our first time to Rome, Italy. We worked & saved our money all year for this trip. Upon arrival, we were not greeted with a smile or a welcome to said hotel and country. It appear that the guests were just a number and the staff were they to take your money. Feel very unwelcome. We stayed there for six nights and each night the room next door were banging on our walls between 2:30am and 3:30am while we were sleeping. I purposely stayed up to record it one night. See video below. We barely got any sleep and the hotel night manager did absolutely nothing to stop it when I complained & showed him the recording, but apologize. No calls were received the next day to us nor after concerning the incident. Another incident was when we went to breakfast at the hotel for the first time. we were very thirsty so we took a bottle of water to our table when one of the staff said loudly in front of all the guests “You are NOT allowed to do that, put it back.” We were very embarrassed as everyone looked at us in disgust. We put it back , never returned and purchased water. She could have said it quietly. When we checked out nobody said anything about how our stay was but mentioned the country tax and there need for your credit card to satisfy that balance. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the hotel staff unprofessional, discourteous and Ineptness regarding what is considered an imminent incident that affected our psyche. I left Hotel Quirinale more stressed than when I arrived.

Wonderful hotel and nice location

Pros: Huge room and great breakfast.
Location: For our family it was walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Rome.
This was our first trip to Rome, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were great, and the breakfast was way more than we expected. I would highly recommend the Jr. Suite for anyone traveling with family. The room and bathroom are huge, plenty of space. The hotel was close to the train station so the next time we stay we will take the Express Train from the airport.

Great hotel and Staff in the middle of Rome

Pros: The staff, the lobby and grand sitting area, the outside interior courtyard and garden, the breakfast, etc.
Location: 15-20 minutes walking distance to many tourist sites -- and there are multiple restaurants and shopping nearby.
Our stay at the Hotel Quirinale was flawless. We had a very comfortable room and the hotel staff was very accommodating. We were greeted by one of the hotel managers when we arrived, who welcomed us to the hotel and Rome. He went out of his way to make our stay extremely pleasant and checked in with us each day we were there (THANK YOU) to see how we were doing. From the large sitting areas in the lobby to the interior garden, we were very pleased with the stay. We easily could walk to many areas in Rome. And one afternoon we came outside to sit in the courtyard and could hear the three tenors practicing from the Opera House that is adjacent to the hotel. We would stay here again if we go back to Rome.

A Week in Rome

Pros: The location!
Cons: It could use a minor face-lift, but
Location: Conveniently located to explore all of Rome. We easily walked to the Colleseum, Pantheon, Borghese Gardens, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and more!
This was a real good hotel for our stay in Rome. It is in a great location for exploring the various sections and sites of Rome. The hotel itself is comfortable and the staff friendly. Some may debate whether it has "old school charm" or is just dated. I would say the former and think the latter is being overly-critical. Bottom line: many positives with only minor negatives. Well worth the stay.

Pros: location!
Cons: smiles on the staff. in every department.
Location: centrally located. restaurant in hotel. good food.
very nice accommodations! very busy . i suggest you request a room off the busy street nazionale. earplugs are in my travel case as a standard.and i did use them. service to the airport was fantastic! its very hard to get a smile from the breakfast crew. the restaurant food was very good and convenient. i was here easter week so the entire city was buzzing! i definitely would stay here again and recommend it. the rooms were large, clean, newer, and had all the amenities you would expect and more!
