The location was good. But the room, though it looked great in pictures, was a bit rundown and fairly dirty. Paint chilling off of the walls in the bathroom, stains on the headboards, tons of suitcase scratches on the white painted walls. Location is excellent, but the condition was significantly less than advertised.

Great location and affordable price!

We had a good stay. It was within the main city, close to many attractions, making it easier to manage the day with a big family. The rooms were clean, with room service available. For the price, I think it covered what was required. Rooms were tight, not allowing for much movement, especially with a baby. But you spend little time in room when visiting Rome so not a big concern for us. L Check-in was later than advertised and we had to wait 45 additional minutes to get the rooms ready. Overall we had a good stay.

The building is old and so are the facilities inside. They have 3-4 hotels with the same name in the nearby locations and you get realky confused which one to go to. The best thing about the hotel is its location as it is near to the main attractions of the city and has lot of good food options nearby. The staff is very friendly and supportive and do their level best to facilitate you.

Excellent location!

I really liked the hotel! It was amazing !it as more like an apartment! The girl i don’t remember exactly her name (anita maybe) was so so nice!!! The location was 10/10!!! The one thing i would change is that i would Add robes:))) the place was calm and cute. The garden had italian vibes! Recommended

Not a normal hotel but rooms in several apartments in different buildings in the same central area. All the rooms are unique and all managed by the same front desk on Via ripetta. I especially found the staff to be very kind and helpful - Mikeala and Melissa at the front desk made extra effort to make sure I was happy with my room and it made a big diffirence Thankyou!

A localização é excelente, mas o serviço deixa muito a desejar. Como não tem recepção no local, ficamos sem saber sobre como usar algumas facilities como o breakfast e o serviço de laundry. Não tem nenhuma informação nos quartos ou no balcão de café que fica no corredor dos quartos. O balcão de café que deveria ser um ponto positivo, quase não tinha sachê de café e talheres suficientes a disposição. No check out, fomos cobrados pelos housekeepers de sairmos às 11 am, sendo que o horário de check out no site do Expedia estava 12 pm. Precisei mostrar a informação para ele sair da porta do quarto. O minibar não funcionava. Meu marido usa uma medicação que precisa ser mantida refrigerada, enviamos mensagem através do Expedia e não tivemos retorno até o momento. Tb não tínhamos como manter refrigerada a água que precisamos comprar, pois no quarto não tinha disponível. Enfim, se vc não se preocupar com a qualidade do serviço, só pela localização vale a pena.

Quality room and friendly staff

We were welcomed by the friendly staff! They were very good in respond to WhatsApp and let us check in earlier. I wasn’t sure if we got the right room and location ( they have a few properties) but after I reflected the issue, they gave us the room as I expected. Everything was easy and comfortable . They can store our luggage while we already checked out. Also, there’s an elevator . Over all, it was a wonderful experience . Will definitely recommend!

My cousin and I stayed here for nine nights, and we really enjoyed our time as the room was spacious and clean. The hotel was able to arrange a shuttle to the airport the night before we returned home. It is close to the shopping area and is conveniently located in the middle of tourist sites and landmarks. When I go back to Rome, I will be staying here again.

I like the authenticity Spanish/Italian look of the building, the location is in the heart of the city. The rooms are very nice, modern, spacious. Hotel is so close to many restaurants, piazzas, metros. Friendly staff and attentive. I recommend this hotel. It’s great for family, too.

Great location and very friendly staff

Second time staying here; steps away from the Spanish Steps, with restaurants and shopping as soon as you step on to the street. Friendly staff; just be prepared to walk a bit…reception desk is about a 4 minute walk to the actual room.

Wonderful staff!

Very helpful staff, they speak English, Spanish and Italian. I’m sure they speak all others. The staff was really wonderful! The rooms are small, and there isn’t water or coffee in them. Overall pleasant stay. I would recommend for a short stay

Great accommodations and centrally located

We were in need of last minute accommodations in Rome when our hotel's air conditioning broke and it was stifling hot in our room. This hotel has multiple properties in Rome and gave us the option to chose our building which was just down the street from the Spanish Steps. The property was 4 rooms with a common area and kitchen. All the bedrooms were very clean and spacious. Thank you to the Spanish Suite for a great night's sleep!

WORST HOTEL!!! BEWARE THE PICTURES ARE TOTALLY LIES! This is my worst experience ever in staying at the hotel. Everything is dirty and broken... I dont know why this hotel is still operating. It feels so unsafe and no privacy. Last thing the bed sheet and everything in the room are so dirty. I rather lose my money and book another hotel for my trip. My biggest dissapointment for booking this hotel, if I can give 0 star I would

Disappointment

I thought it would be a cosy boutique hotel but it ended up being a really small room in the middle of a regular building. The room itself had no light, we ended up sneezing a lot due to the mold. Anyways, when we got there, the lady that received us was really nice and welcoming but after that we had to ask for wifi and we only got access to the password 1 day later, we called 3 times asking and no one could answer us. The other thing is that there was no hairdryer in our room and when I called to ask, the woman that answered the phone was rude and even sighed. One day, our toiled paper ended and they didn't replace it. The bed and the pillows were unconfortable. I was really really disappointed, I expected a lot more from a hotel that looked really nice in the pictures, had a good review and I payed 160 euros/night.
