So close to the Vatican and overall very walkable. We went to the Spanish steps from here by walking all the way to the trevi fountain. Room was dark with perfect AC. It can be noisy as the rooms share a central lobby and have very thin doors. One morning we were woken up early by a woman who was yelling on her phone.

Property was nice, Karla was friendly and a great host, the rooms are nice and clean. What was awesome was the fridge, and when we got there it was stocked with water, sodas, and a beer completely free!! Awesome! Just be advised you can't drink anything or smoke when outside and can't be loud, the caretaker will really get after you. Would recommend for an older quiet crowd.

I thought the hotel was very clean and the check in staff was SO NICE! However, the shower didn’t drain properly and there were a lot of keys needed to open downstairs gate and gate to get into apartment. I still think it’s a great stay just needs better drain in the bathroom and maybe labeled keys.

The property was a guest house, the property manager Karla was extremely accommodating and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and was available for any information needed. The room had some wear and tear, but a lot of nice touches including complimentary drinks, an iron, fridge and hair dryer. The Air conditioning in the room was great and the mattress was firm but comfortable. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient location in Rome with lots of amenities.

Upon arrival were greeted by our hostess "Nina" who was very gracious, friendly and professional. We completed the required paperwork, and she showed us to our rooms. The rooms were very clean, well-stocked and quiet. She was so helpful to recommend restaurants to the point of making reservations for us at her favorites. The breakfast area was clean and also well-stocked with great coffee and snacks. The bathrooms were very clean and modern. It was great to have an iron, hair dryer and a full mini bar. Nina and our stay here helped make our stay in Rome a vacation we will never forget. And don't forget to try the gelato place around the corner, the best in town. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved this property and highly recommend it. It felt safe, clean, and very welcoming. Nina, the hostess, went above and beyond for us. Our room was stocked with complimentary goodies, and there was also a well-equipped shared kitchenette just outside the rooms. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from the Vatican and surrounded by great restaurants. If we ever return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again.
