This was a late booking and the staff was great and had a room resdy when we arrived. Facilities were great too. Excellent location near the river and short walk to Vatican City. Would stay again!

You are right, we are very good located, walking distance to Vatican, Castel St. Angelo, Spanish steps, Piazza Navona, Piazza Del Popolo, Pantheon, Augustus Mausoleum, Ara Pacis, Trevifontain and a lot more. Our Concierge is always at disposal to give advice about nice and good restaurants in the city, he can organize tours, transportation, tickets, soccer etc. Hopefully, you will be back to visit us very soon. Disappointed

Elevators out of service for 2 days, ordered room service for Breakfast, left the room for 6 hours came back and our tray and dishes were still in our room. The last day of our stay our room was never serviced. I called front desk and they said they would send someone in an hour and they never came so we just sat the tray outside our. Hotels in Rome are expensive but I would have paid more for a better Hotel.
