Hotel is so so, and staff did typical Europe “have to charge more” for double room, etc. Neighborhood is a little sketchy, Chinatown area and near enough to main train station. There is a nice non tourist park across street. Also found a couple great trattoria restaurants and 1880 ice cream shop within walkingn distance. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Convenient location, walking distance to tour bus stops, metro train is just right outside the hotel. Customer service is excellent! We forgot our tour ticket , the front desk staff immediately e mailed us our tickets right away. We appreciated all the information they provided . Housekeeper did a great job in cleaning our room.
