Friendly and caring staff. Comfortable room. Location to attractions especially the Vatican and Tiber River makes this a great choice. Entrance a little tricky. Cafe at the corner has American breakfast, great lunch and “go figure” tasty pastries.

Quiet street close to everything!

Our stay at Palazzo Medusa was perfect! It was so close to everything, but somehow the street was still very quiet. Their restaurant and bar recommendations were excellent we tried almost all of them! Room was a great size with good AC. We’d happily stay again.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Palazzo Medusa and would definitely stay there again. I loved the location as it was less touristy and centrally located for easy walking to all areas of interest. Great cafés near by as well. The staff were very accommodating and very helpful.

Awesome place to stay! Walkable to everything, lots of dining options near by. All the history of Rome is just down the street. As for the hotel, it was clean and perfect. The staff was awesome and friendly, room was clean and had all the amenities needed. The area was quiet (for Rome standards), I didn’t have a car so can’t comment on parking. Otherwise near the main streets, easy to call a cab or walkable to the train. I’d recommend this hotel and I’d stay here again. Cheers

I absolutely love this place the stay was amazing. The only thing was the water in the shower wouldn’t go away fast I had to pause in between so I can let the water go away before turning it on. You can hear between walls sometimes specially at night and in the morning when people would come in and out.i will be back I’ll bring my white noise next time. Very safe neighborhood more quiet than other which is a plus.

Overall a good choice. Pros: Air Conditioning, a lot of hotels don't have it and even in February was nice to have. Staff: Very friendly, when using Concierge through Whatsapp they responded right away. Was afraid without staff on premise how quickly they would assits, but never an issue with the Concierge service they have with Whatsapp. Quiet area right off an Alley. Very good location, walkable to Vatican, food, and Hop on Hop off bus stop a few blocks away. Cons: Shower was small and didn't drain right. Front steps went right into Alley and cars/scooters come down alley so had to be careful when stepping out of hotel. Overall a good choice as comfort and location were the most important to us and that A/C was a blessing.

We had an appointment to check in at 4:30pm. At 4:30pm, the door was locked. I rang the bell three times and no one answered. I stood in the cold rain outside the door and no one was there at the agreed upon appointed time.
