The location was excellent for seeing all the sights around the center of Rome. It was a 10 minute walk to the Vatican and 20 minutes to the Forum area. There are numerous restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit basic but of good size. The bed was comfortable. The facility is not staffed all day, so you are pretty much on your own. The streets are very noisy all night, but if you close the windows and turn on the AC you won’t hear much. I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars because for me that is reserved for exceptional facilities, but I would stay here again if I returned.

We had a very nice week at Palazzo Medusa. The room was very clean, and staff especially Valentina, were very helpful with prompt responses to our needs. The hotel is centrally located to many local attractions, and we were able to walk to most places easily.

Nice hotel

Had a 1 night stay. Room was nice and comfortable. The lady that seems to be in charge was nice and welcoming. She text my friend who also had a room and kept in contact about an arrival time and helped us with directions on getting to the hotel. Very nice place and nice lady to help out

Great location

This was a great place centrally located - we were able to walk everywhere. The room was nice. Our only complaint was the lack of a coffee maker. Only instant coffee with a kettle was provided.
