It is v close to Spainish Steps but was quiet and relaxed. The window from the room looked into trees and greenery. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Hotel is within walking distance to the Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps. Has lots of restaurants close by. Staff is very helpful. Hotel is quaint, it used to be a convent, so set up for each room is different. But it was a great place to stay

Breakfast was wonderful and staffs were so nice. We stayed #3(it was big enough for 5 of us). Their balcony is extra for us to enjoy. Most of all, we arrived Rome early, it was nice for us to check in early, we were able to rest till early afternoon. They brought us wonderful breakfast to our room in the morning, we were able to enjoy breakfast at the patio. We are definately staying here again!! Thanks for your hospitality

The staff was rude the receptionist but the person who was helping us with breakfast was super nice. The room was right next to the reception area I kept waking up from the noise and people talking at night and very early in the morning. The reception guys did not even bother to tell us about breakfast till I asked him at night then I asked him to call taxi for the next morning g he said we will do it next morning my husband went to ask him the next morning it was a different guy he yelled at my husband we were not treated right in this hotel I don’t like the reception staff at all

Great location. Hotel is not as pictured online, even the awning above the door is broken. Carpets are stained, staff is rude-I requested an extra towel upon arrival in early evening after the tour and was told I was too late. Same thing the next day when there was no towel only the clerk was twice as ride. I did finally get a towel from the cleaning crew. Breakfast is continental style, you need to pay extra for protein. The location is fantastic and the outdoor restaurant options in the area are fantastic. Overall, recommend spending a bit more at one of the nicer hotels in the area.

Excellent location just steps from the Spanish steps. Dinning options walkable from hotel. Rome is very hilly and alot of uphill walking on uneven sidewalks. Breakfast was very nice to start our day.
