It has air conditioning active from June to September 21st, ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi dedicated workspace. Perfect apartment for a couple, for digital nomads and solo travelers.
The studio is spread over a single large space consisting of a living area with kitchenette, sleeping area and services. 
The living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with basic kitchen utensils, electric induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee pod machine and kettle.
The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed, TV, a wardrobe and a cot for babies on request.
