Pros: Helpful receptionist (was responsive with phone and Trevelocity chat service), large room compared to others we've stayed in, courtyard facing window, coffee maker and refrigerator in the room, cold AC, plenty of hot water, firm king size mattress. Cons: Address on busy street, noisy AC sounded like a bi-plane flying around in the room, bathroom needs a deep cleaning, and no breakfast. But, take a short walk to L'Antico Forno next to Trevi Fountain, and you'll find a few groceries, a deli, and the best cornettos we've ever found. With exception to the loud AC, our room was nice and quiet while we were there, likely because we had quiet neighbors and a room away from the busy street. Limited front desk hours, makes communication and travel arrangements a little more difficult than a traditional hotel. Overall, works great for a place to sleep for tourists in go mode spending most of their time on the town.

Advertised as “luxury” suites but was just a standard hotel room and on the small side. Front desk did not inform of us the double system of locked doors and how to work them so my friend was stuck outside one night for over an hour before she found help to get in. There was a horrible smell outside our room in the vestibule every night but seemed to be gone by morning. Excellent location but front desk service not available when needed.

Perfect location, the Trevi Fountain was practically in the same block. The communication was great, I was able to do my self check in, they have "storage luggage" (but no locked room, you just leave your stuff in the front desk), but it worked for us. Very quiet, overall clean, but I think they can improve the cleanliness in the shower and the toilet. You have to leave your toiletries on the floor of the shower :-/. The rolling bed was not the most comfortable (compared with my other 3 hotels during my trip to Europe), but I was able to sleep. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Location of this hotel was great but the experience was not. Our hotel keycard did not work and we waited two hours at night trying to call for assistance to get in. They were not responsive he picked up my call after calling 25 times and did not help out as much. The door was broken so we needed a manual key to get in. It was a waste of time and not a good experience.

Smokey room. Do not recommend

We did not expect the hotel/suites to be located on two floors of a larger building. We had to get buzzed to go in the facility. Check in was a breeze and we paid our city tax in person. The lift was not in operation so we carried our luggages up 3 flights of stairs. Our floor (and assuming the only floor, minus the reception desk on another floor) had about 4-5 “suites”. Our room specifically smelled TERRIBLE as if someone chain smoked in the room prior to our arrival. We opened the windows immediately to air it out. Luckily we were out exploring for majority of the day and came back to sleep for only one night. The smelled continued to linger and unfortunately I had to sleep with a mask on. Window was left open but local bars were extremely loud downstairs. The shower at some point did not turn on and we contact front desk via number provided. They did not answer- luckily we figured it out.. but still no response from the hotel after card claims to be available 24/7 (we texted at 11pm). Note: My clothes smelled like smoke from the hotel as we left to another city. Ending on a good note: we were a minute from the Trevi Fountain!! The fountain was literally on the back of this building which made seeing the attraction at early hours easy and enjoyable. It was also very close to Spanish Steps.

They were rally friendly and really accommodating as we were running late to park the car with the traffic in Rome. If you want the designated parking lot to not park in the center it’s still close to the hotel about 15 minutes walking. Just use Google maps to find it. Apples maps will not be able to take you correctly to the parking.

Good stay with some major inconvenience

Good stay. Great location. However - Pictures of rooms were a lot bigger than the actual room size. Actual rooms were half that size and there were three of us so no real space. Another massive inconvenience was they wanted the city tax in cash which was a huge pain to get to an atm etc. which wasted a lot of time for me. I spoke to other tourists and their hotels accepted credit cards. So definitely a major put off and inconvenience. Staff was great and courteous. Cleanliness was good.
