The property was fantastic. Perfect location, very clean and safe. Located close enough to the Vatican and Colosseum to walk. Marco and the staff were fantastic!!! Will be booking there again.

Check in was a disaster. And things went downhill from there Room looked abysmal First thing I saw when I entered was a broken chair. They only changed the linen once during our six day stay Towels were worn and thin

Mediocre at best

I think it’s abit of a stretch to call this place luxury. The room was basic with two very thin pillows. The hairdryer and shower were falling off of the wall. Location was good but there are building works opposite the hotel which makes it very noisy. They let us check in early but quite disappointed with the room compared to the pictures.

A great spot to stay close to all the tourist attractions in walking distance. Marco and the team are very hospitable. Rooms are cleaned every day. My only criticism would be the bathroom with a small amount of mould but nothing serious just lacking exhaust fans but open the bathroom window then all good.Overall a pleasant place to stay in a great location.

The pictures on Expedia did not match the room we were given. Gray room. Lots of street noise. Construction across the street. The are was ok. There is no lobby. We needed four keys to get to our room. Breakfast was not good. We switched hotels after 1 night.

Loved this property. Just over the bridge to the main area which I liked. Away from the massive crowds but still walkable to everything. Really nice cafes around the building. Just a bit of a mouldy smell in my shower/toilet but no big issue.

Stanza spaziosa con letto molto comodo (i cuscini un po' troppo bassi ma lo staff ce ne ha gentilmente procurati di più). Ottima location sia per trasporti che per cose da fare e posti dove mangiare. La camera non dava sulla strada, quindi era molto tranquilla la notte. Purtroppo le pareti non trattengono il rumore delle voci dal corridoio interno, e il viavai è iniziato la mattina presto tutti i giorni della nostra permanenza. In camera c'è tutto il necessario anche se alcuni degli arredi sono un po' datati (pezzi della doccia poco stabili, finestra che fatica a chiudersi).

Me and my partner recently returned from a 3 night stay and it was wonderful. The apartments were very clean, it’s very central (bus stop and metro very close). Really secure and safe, the staff are lovely. The cleaner who is there in the morning is such a lovely man, he was so friendly and did a wonderful job cleaning the apartments everyday. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, even coming back to the apartments as I left something in the room after checkout! The bed has to be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! 10/10 would highly recommend 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Good non-busy location; room was large, modern, comfortable; staff was kind and helpful. The only downside was that the cleanup of dishes is very loud in the morning if you choose to sleep in, it could be somewhat disturbing. Overall, I would choose to stay again.
