"The cleaning of the property needs improvement, trash overflowing, no mopping in the shared areas. The rooms could use a refresh, showers were in poor condition and the floors were pretty dirty. The desk staff and the lady helping with breakfast were very nice and professional. No issues with staff, the overall property upkeep is lacking."

"The staff was super helpful during check in. The first room I was given had a strong cigarette smell. But they were super understanding and assigned me a new room no questions asked. The rooms and building honestly look nicer than the pictures and are very clean. There was a problem with my room keys and internet on the second night but was fixed at the front desk without any additional issues. Breakfast was also very good. Overall very positive experience besides the few minor inconveniences stated above. Would stay again. "

"Awesome air con. Terrible parking. Not many spaces, many of which are taken by construction equipment. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable leaving my rental car to be parked there."

"Made reservations and read reviews. The reviews weren’t that good but decided to give them the benefit of a doubt. Boy were we wrong. Even one star was too good for what we went through. Paid extra to make sure we had a guaranteed room. We got the room but with broken furniture and old metal screws and staples poking out of the broken items. Asked about another room and was told that was the only one available. Asked for a refund and The man’s words were “it’s a room just stay in there.” We said went just needed a refund and he said let me see if I have something else. Said no we were already aggravated and extremely frustrated. After at least 2 hours we were finally finished. From beginning to the time we left. We went to stay at Best Western. Now that was a very nice hotel. Sorry didn’t get any pictures of the furniture because I figured they would just give us another room right away. "
