The stay here was better than I expected. The staff were terrific, and Damien is invaluable. They keep the hotel clean. If I had to complain about anything, I found the TV in my room to be very small, and some days the breakfast was sparse, but overall, I had a wonderful stay.

Room was bit smelly, no fridge - could not keep our drinks, food cool. key card did not work, ac unit VERY loud could not use!! Could hear all neighboring rooms noise, snoring etc. Staff was not interested in my concerns. Breakfast was late coming out, only hot food was overcooked bacon. The one person in the kitchen needed assistance to cater for the customers waiting for their breakfast.

I ordered a suite online that had a specific layout that I liked. I checked in to the room only to find it completely trashed out from the last guests. When I brought it up to the employees, I was first questioned if it was “really trashed out”, and then I was accommodated with a room that I DIDNT WANT!! They refused to compensate for this, saying the room “also counts as a suite” even though it’s completely different than the one I ordered

Had no idea that the hotel was under construction and you couldn’t access elevators or stairs off the lobby so you had to walk around the whole building to even enter. I was traveling solo with two dogs and i knew I’d have to take several trips to manage but multiple times during my one night stay I had to walk outside around the building to get new key cards made because they weren’t working. No I didn’t have them by a credit card or phone to deactivate. I was told there wasn’t breakfast because of the construction so I ordered breakfast through door dash and the front desk told the driver to just leave it on the counter in the lobby and ignored the very specific directions I had given the driver to get to my door as it’s called door dash not lobby dash.( ordered dinner the night before and she got up to my door easily but I stepped in the hall to receive the order and got locked out and had to walk to the lobby dressed inappropriately and I called the front desk and he said he was alone and couldn’t bring a key and when I got to the front desk to get a new key he wasn’t alone) Soo I go to the lobby to get my order and what do you know they are serving breakfast which if I was told that they were still doing service I would not have ordered food delivery. This stay added so much unnecessary stress to my travels.0 stars
