Avoid this place and save your money. Where do I start…only one staff person in the entire place (per their disclosure). Checked in around 7:30 PM. Room had coffee pods and creamers but no coffee maker. Called desk to have housekeeping deliver one but was told they don’t have any makers or other staff on duty. Went to lobby and thankful they had some there so I could at least get some to heat up in the morning, as my room was quite a distance from lobby. Elevator worked periodically but would get stuck in open door position and lock up. Reported but got a shoulder shrug. Fridge wasn’t cold so I looked inside for a switch, nothing. I had to pull out fridge and found a switch on back side and turned it on. It started working. Sink drain smelled moldy and didn’t drain properly. Floors and curtains were filthy with stains. Vanity light flickered and needed me to tap it to get light to come on fully. Tub creaked loudly and I felt sorry for anyone below us. The corridors looked like they had pee stains on the concrete and walls. But worst of all, MISSING SMOKE DETECTOR. There was exposed wires hanging from the ceiling but not detector. Shame on this hotel for accepting visitors. It looks like they possibly have extended stay folks there but this wasn’t advertised as an extended stay or I would’ve avoided it, as I know that’s a red flag of sorts in my opinion. I plan on contacting corporate.
