Disappointed in Quality of Room

Pros: The hotel lobby and the lobby restaurant are beautiful.
Cons: More attention to detail when a guest complaint is submitted.
Location: The location is very central to Old Town and restaurants.
There was no room cleaning service on the first day of my stay. The hotel management promised to clean my room twice and room service did not follow through. The management provided me two free breakfast meals as a resolution to the problem, but I remain disappointed that I had to complain about not having clean towels on my first night at the Hyatt. The furniture in my room was also a bit worn and scratched.

Nice hotel but....

No refrigerator in the room. No safe. Ive never stayed at a Haytt without. Needed a shuttle to the airport, staff said "we don't have one". I turn and look out the window and there it sat. I saw it at the airport dropping people off on our way out too. Ill stay somewhere else if ever back in Abq.

Hello, Thank you for taking time to provide us with your feedback. I am sad to see we were not able to exceed your expectations. We do offer complimentary refrigerators upon request and we also offer safety deposit boxes. I apologize my staff did not offer them to you as an available amenities. We do not offer shuttle service to the airport, the shuttle you saw is only for the contracted airline crews. Please reach out to me on your next visit and I will make sure we take care of you.

pretty nice but disappointing room

Pros: View, location, lobby shops. There is also a coffee shop right there and it's was never crowded.
Cons: The plumbing issues and the heater noise.
Location: The location is great and easy to navigate to most things to see. Easy to/from the airport also.
My room had a very nice view of a downtown square & the beautiful mountains. Hotel location was excellent for me. The room looked very nice & was clean but the toilet was clogged & almost overflowed within 2 minutes of my arrival. I notified the front desk. When I came back to the room later the clog was fixed but the toilet ran every 15 minutes. The shower drain made noises everytime the sink was used and end of a shower I ended up standing in several inches of water. The heater made noise. Between the water running & the heater noise I didn't sleep that great. No hairdryer in the room. I had higher expectations for the room since this was a Hyatt. Room service food was prompt, pretty good food & the room service attendant was very nice and inquired re my stay. The lobby looked great and the shops contained within were very nice. There is a great souvenir shop with very nice helpful staff there. Note: there is a daily charge for parking in the hotel parking garage.

Room was more expensive than the hotel quoted

Pros: Location
Cons: Don't tell me that I cannot post review that includes rates!!!!!
Room was not clean, drapes where filthy, floor had stains, toilet had rust stains. tried to get a better quote on room charges but was so difficult to change charges I just gave up and paid $5.00 more each night.

From the moment you're greeted by the valets, this hotel's experience is top notch. The guest services desk is very friendly and the bartenders are fun and energetic. This hotel has many shops inside of it which is almost like a mini-mall. The facility is very clean and so are the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to ABQ for business or pleasure. Tips: Uber is available in ABQ and they will pull right up to the hotel. The bar selection is more than eye sees. Ask them for your favorite spirit and they most likely have it. FORQUE has amazing food. I highly recommend checking it out before venturing to other places.

ABQ Hyatt has wonderful view of city & mountains!

Pros: The staff were universally friendly and helpful, and hotel's location convenient to downtown, Old Town, and the Rail-Runner train to Santa Fe.
Cons: My only issues were lack of a standard mini-refrigerator in the room and the room was rather dusty upon arrival and by end of stay.
Location: Albuquerque has great shopping with active downtown. I would also suggest the Sandia Mountain tram, and local museums.
We spent a week at the Albuquerque Hyatt Regency over the 2015 Thanksgiving holiday. Our handicapped-accessible room on its 18th floor had a magnificent view of the city and nearby Sandia Mountains which turn color from pink to purple at sunset, and had a beautiful full moon during our stay.

Downtown Albuquerque with valet parking

Pros: The courtesy and professionalism of every employee. The hotel was also very clean.
Cons: I was most disappointed that the bed did not have a bedspread! There was a sheet on top and when it was pulled out the whole, bed came apart!
Location: I went to a concert at the Kiva Auditorium in the Convention Center. Also walked in the square.
Everything was fine. The employees were very, very helpful in every aspect. They knew the downtown area well too.

Quiet and comfortable

Pros: Location, decor and view from our room were excellent.
Cons: Get the room serviced sooner.
Location: The downtown location is close to Old Town. There is a lovely park. The valet parking made it easy to go to other parts of the city.
We had a great time and intend to stay there when we travel to Albuquerque. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was so nice to have our puppies welcomed and admired!

Great location and everything else

Pros: Felt like a five star hotel for a very reasonable price. The in-house restaurant is to die for.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Lots of museums, the tramway, shopping.
Went to the Quilt show at the Convention Center. The hotel is literally right across the street. Great location.
