Staff was extremely accommodating. They didn’t have a washer and dryer which was a little inconvenient since we were in town for a softball tournament but the staff helped out so that we were able to do a load of laundry and make sure our kid had clean clothes for today’s games.

Family trip. Room was clean and spacious. Had to search for pool as the maps weren't in conspicuous places. Asked for extra pillows but never received them. Breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, yogurt and fruit

I was shocked at it for a Hyatt they are usually so much nicer. The bed had someone’s makeup on it and the smell was overwhelming and the conditioner was out and there is no way to take it out to scrape it out

This hotel used to be a great hotel, however the owners are not keeping up with the maintenance of the hotel. You can see holes in the wall, bad fixing jobs, elevator breaking in pieces, little by little is becoming a place full of pending repairs that is not worth the price of the stay.
