"My son and I flew in from California to Philadelphia for the Eagles vs Browns preseason game in August 2025. I read a few reviews on the Hilton Garden Inn located in Philadelphia and boy was I impressed. The overall quality of care, professionalism, cleanliness and location was outstanding. "The location of this property is PERFECT if you like being within steps of cool restaurants, quaint coffee houses, shopping and all the sights. The hotel felt like a sanctuary from the moment I walked through the doors. Check-in was a breeze. Priced so reasonably I upgraded myself to a suite. It was larger than expected and impeccably clean. Even my room service order arrived sooner than promised and was not only perfect (hot) temperature, but the most tasty dishes I’ve had from a room service in years. All staff were friendly and efficient, especially the doorman Phil, the lady bartender and my housekeeper. Checkout was also fast, no unexpected charges and all credits had been applied. Five stars all around and I will certainly return soon. "

"The bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Quiet and great staff. The only issues is he homeless people stopping you for money. Then all the homeless people in the middle of the streets with signs. I have never seen so much poverty in a big city like that ."

"Only stayed for two nights, hotel in great location. We walked to most of the attractions. Parking was easy at the side of the hotel and used the pool at the end of the day."
