"Up on checking Recipition was very unwelcome not even interested to answer question any ways it was for me to stay since I had no option besides I would have left from that place and the pic on Expedia and the size of the room is very small on the pic it looks big room since I booked king size it was not the way I expected it besides room was clean no complain but Recipition very rude so unprofessional "

"Checkin was easy. Reception staff allowed me to change my mind regarding the type of room that was best for us. I never got the impression I was putting them to too much trouble. We got a handicap room. Lots of space. Assistance bars placed appropriately. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean "

"The hotel falsely advertised the hotels amenities on their website and on hotels.com website. It was never related to my family and I untill we arrived about the hotel was under construction. There was no arcade and no gym which are two of the reasons I choose the hotel besides the view. Even upon checking in we were not notified of the major construction in these areas. Staff was kind especially at the TGI Friday restaurant but the construction was noisy during the day and even the elevators were not working correctly during the whole trip. Overall I would not book this hotel again anytime soon. I would definitely try another one because there was no transparency before checking during booking regarding the construction and major work that was going to be done at the hotel during my stay."
