Spacious home available in Rio Verde Foothills. Home has mature trees, huge patio with mountain views, view deck. The entry opens to the Great Room with cozy fireplace and mountain views. Wet Bar for entertaining. All open to chef's kitchen with island, granite counters, wall ovens, walk-in pantry. Breakfast Room with views. Formal Dining and Office. Luxurious primary bedroom with patio, large bath and walk-in closet. Two ensuite guest rooms, powder room, large laundry with storage, and oversize 3 car garage. Over an acre, private.

Please note property is in a rural setting, there is a section of unpaved road of about 2 miles. Not very rough any car will be able to handle it.
