Dirty, poor location, picture must be old! Dirty towels,tv remote missing, next door to a booby bar!

This place was bad. There were cockroaches in the room, there was no slidey lock thing on the door, overall looked very neglected in terms of cleanliness.

I booked a room with Travelocity got confirmation number for a room, text the hotel my arrival time and as I arrived to the hotel the guy told me that he have no room available for me 😡 I told him that I reserved the room with Travelocity and he confirm that he see my reservation but he have no room for me. Not happy with Travelocity or the hotel! I called Travelocity to ask how that happened that I got confirmation and I have NO Room? The lady apologized and told me that I will get my money back between 3-7 days.... So let see NO Room and NO money. Very unhappy

Felt dirty just walking into the place. Several persons hanging around the building that look like hookers or drug sellers. Walked into the room to check it out. Air conditioner was apart, the couch had looked like someone through up on it, there was a car air freshener hanging on the door. The carpet looked filthy, the air stunk. Walking by the pool someone spit into it. Your receptionist was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Rest of the place - needs to be gone through. Back of the hotel building were homeless, their carts and more hookers.
