The parking lot is nasty looking it was big bags of trash outside the dumpster we checked out early because we didn’t have hot water in our room and staff kept giving us the run around saying it will be fixed in 20mins and that lasted for 2 hours we started calling about the hot water at 9am and when we decided to check out early staff told us they are still going to charge us a full day because it was a few minutes after 11 o clock which was check out but we have been getting told our water was fixed multiple times at 9am staff did not work with us on giving us our money back for that day after we said we was leaving poor service poor hotel I would not recommend

NO HOT SHOWER!!! Overall, it’s clean. However, everything is old and beyond end of life, such as thin bedding & towels, dirty armchairs, rotten pillows, door & lock, etc. I won’t come back and not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely Disgusting Stay – Do NOT Book This Place I don’t even know where to begin. My stay at Scottsdale Parkview Resort was, without question, one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, there was no hot water. I ran the shower for 15 minutes trying to get it warm, and when I finally went to turn it off, the entire handle fell off in my hand. Completely unacceptable. Then it got worse. When I checked the bed, I found hairs all over the sheets—clearly not cleaned. The headboard had mysterious smears and dried secretions that were absolutely vile. The bathroom? A nightmare. I found both dead and living bugs crawling around. Everything felt filthy, nasty, and downright unsanitary. The photos online are incredibly misleading—nothing about this place reflects what’s shown. It feels abandoned, neglected, and flat-out dirty. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disgust. Avoid this place at all costs. This was a horrible, unacceptable experience from start to finish.

They lost my reservation. Took 10 minutes and a manager to find it. 1st room the showernwas broken. 2nd room did not have hot water. They fixed the hot water but the tv only had 1 channel. 3rd room was right.

The name is definitely misleading. This is not a resort, it’s definitely a motel! Furniture is very dated. Bathtub faucet drips throughout the night. I only needed to stay for one night so it served its purpose but I personally would not book again. Location seemed decent. Plenty of food options around. Despite some reviews saying there were homeless people around, I arrived around 11pm and there wasn’t a soul in sight.

On Expedia they say it was pet friendly. They never said there was a $50 fee per night for a dog or a cat so when I booked it for a week I had no choice but to pay the extra $350 for for a dog or a cat and I couldn’t get a refund back on my booking. The room itself was pretty nice but make sure you call the property that it says it’s pet friendly on if there’s any charges for the animals.
