This was my go to hotel if I was in the Scottsdale area, I was very disappointed with my recent stay. I was travelling back from California and checked in around 10 pm. My room was very hot and uncomfortable. It was 85. I switched on the AC and only warm air came out. I understand that there are issues and things break, but what I don't understand is that I had to wait for over half an hour until this issue was resolved, when I just wanted to relax and go to sleep. I was told the AC was working by an incompetent maintenance man despite the room not cooling down at all . I was finally given another room which I requested right away but had to argue with the check in staff to get one for over half an hour.

AVOID

The marketing information on the web is very very deceiving. It is not a resort, just a refurbished Days Inn. I guess. Had only one set of hand towel and wash cloth. Only one regular coffee pack that took very cheap quality.
