The room was clean and in decent shape. The pool was closed while we were there, which was disappointing and should have been indicated beforehand. The property generally is not as nice as the pictures but it was okay. Located right next to a great park. If you are a walker or jogger, this is a great place to be.

Water stopped while taking a shower one day, and there was no water to take a shower and flush the toilet in the morning of check out. There is no one to help about 6 am in the morning. The tub was draining slow and just about stopped draining after a few days. Called one morning asking to fix the slow drain but when I came back, it was not fixed and had to go to the lobby to have someone came to unclog. There were other minor issues. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful but it was just an unpleasant stay.

There was a water line break, my crew was unable to shower or flush the toilet. There was a cockroach in the room and not one, but two of our guys fell through the chairs at the pool. My crew will never stay here again.

During my recent stay, I was disappointed with several aspects of the experience. On the first day, we arrived to find that water service was unavailable during the day, and it took until the following morning for the issue to be resolved. Additionally, the pool remained dirty throughout the entire two days of our stay, which was especially frustrating since enjoying the pool with my daughter was one of the main reasons I booked this property. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities seemed neglected, and it felt as though staff motivation and attention to guest needs were lacking. While the hotel does have potential, the execution fell far short. The rooms themselves were also much smaller than expected, which further detracted from our comfort. In summary, while this property could be a great destination with better upkeep and management, my experience was far from positive. Unfortunately, I left feeling dissatisfied and would hesitate to recommend it to others.

The motel is very run down. Website is false & very misleading. Rooms were dirty, sheets were stained! No hot, running water, shower head water was splashing out from the sides, toilet bowl was running all night air conditioner was not working. Police were there searching the motel, but wouldn’t tell us why. There was a man laying on the floor outside his door very trashy people go there. It’s a lowlife resort. I would never go back to.

The refrigerator did not work. The hot water only got up to lukewarm not hot enough for a shower. The front desk would not make any compensation other than offering20% off on a future stay. Why would I want to do that if they’re not willing to address present issues?
