Extremely disappointed

Well I can definitely say that whatever the pics show online do not match with reality, extremely disappointed with my choice to stay here, first the place is dingy and smells outside, second I spent 5 minutes on trying to open the door (handle broken), third the sheets weren’t changed because I found fried rice on the bed, fourth the place inside had wallpaper coming off, shower head looked like it was from the trash, toilet seat was barely secured to the toilet… if we didn’t arrive so late in the evening from the east coast and weren’t so tired I would’ve left, we slept the night and left early avoiding using anything else. I’m not sure who left great reviews but as someone who’s an avid traveler and not picky I just couldn’t keep this negative review to myself.

Room was clean, comfortable beds. The hotel is not a resort there was no room service and they did not have pool towels. I had to go to the office to get pool towels and they was 20$ a towel if I didnt bring them back, which I did. But it was a nice stay.

The pool area looks nothing like the pics. It's pretty rundown around tge pool area and the pool was cloudy. The name is a false representation of a "resort". This is NOT a resort. I didn't like that. The staff were nice but didn't show me around. Don't believe they even had breakfast. The room was clean.

Paid almost 300$ for 2 nights first room the hot tub was cracked and leaked got the carpet and our belongings wet manager was not very helpful or willing to accommodate next room had funky smell in it and the night manager was rude to my wife when telling her to get out of the pool
