We stayed 2 different times in 1 week. The first time the room was clean and comfortable however it was in disrepair. We paid under $75 so I wouldn’t complain. The area was a safe and nice area. So I wouldn’t complain or rave about it. The second night we stayed there was great. The rooms (we booked a second for my parents) we clean, comfortable and in good repair. No complaints at all. I’d give it a 5 were it not for the room we stayed in the first night.

My stay was okay and staff was friendly, but for the price, I expected a better experience and location. The exterior and interior of the property had an unpleasant odor, and my bed sheets had noticeable stains. The TV seemed barely secured to the wall, and the toilet had some issues as well. Despite these problems, my stay was quiet and undisturbed. However, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if there are other options available.

The two nights we stayed was okay, though when we first got there, the service was amazing, front desk was friendly, we get to the room to the toilet’s water running and the AC being broken, wall paper hanging off the wall in the corner, and overall gross, we get move to another room which didn’t have a TV, and the Toliet was quieter but still running. Kind of a sketchy area, we will not be coming back.

Property is run down and filthy. All fabrics in room are stained, rooms are dated and not as pictured, the staff are great though. Fine if in a pinch but wouldn't recommend.

On arrival there were three police cars removing prostitutes from the property. Not a resort, more like a rundown motel. Not a great area but close to Scottsdale road. Door and bathroom fixtures are crumbling and hard to use. However bedding was comfortable and clean and slept well despite trying to sleep with one eye open.

We came so my child could swim and they lock the swimming pool in the mornings so no one can swim. The manager is talking loudly on speaker phone the entire time I was trying to check in. I thought it was pretty rude. The kid that checked us in was bran new and very nice. I heard a customer come in for towels and they were only give 2 and told that's all they had, sorry.

We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the pool, but it was beautiful and overlooked Lake Powell. It would be a great place to spend a week!
The California Condor viewing platform in nearby Vermillion Cliffs in Marble Canyon.
The surrounding views are awe inspiring
