Of all the hotels we have stayed in this year, the bed is VERY comfortable. Slept like a baby. Room and bathroom were clean, sheets and bed were the highlight here. I will be back just for the bed alone. After a long day of work, this hit the spot. Thank you.

The refrigerator did not work. The hot water only got up to lukewarm not hot enough for a shower. The front desk would not make any compensation other than offering20% off on a future stay. Why would I want to do that if they’re not willing to address present issues?

They shut off the water in the middle of the night and I had no running water the next morning. Since no one was at the desk I had to call to get 20 minutes of water to take a shower.

My fiance and I had a terrible experience to the point we didn’t stay the entire stay. The in room jacuzzi didn’t work. The bed spread and sheets had stains. We were in the room for less than 20 minutes and killed 7 mosquitos in the room as well.

The pictures on this site are very very deceiving. Room was very small. Dirty pool/spa. No bar there. Picture is of a local Asian restaurant. Not at all to do with hotel. Unless u count the 10% discount. TVs are not smart TV only local channels.
