First time their and planning on returning. Overall clean facility and friendly staff. Seen one cockroach at the pool near restrooms at night but no big deal its outside. Also lobby ran out of coffee before your advertised time of 10:30. Lady up front new about it and didnt say anything about getting more so me and another guest just walked away. Over all good experience.

I was asked “when is the baby due” upon check in by a staff member, I am not currently pregnant and found this both very offensive and hurtful. I was then asked why my husband and I were staying with them, I told them it was because my husband was having surgery at Mayo Clinic early the following morning. What I said seemed to be completely disregarded as I was being pressured to attend a presentation to get another free night or a gift card. I expressed once again I would be unable to attend as I needed to bring my husband to the hospital the following morning, at the same time at the presentation, for his surgery. I was signed up for the presentation anyway and a $40 hold was placed on my card.

Being a staycation property i was expecting a better value for a hilton property. This was not the case. Everything was average and my room was slightly dirty. Cracked tiles in the bathroom for example. My money could have been spent at a courtyard marriot and been a better value. I will not tell my friends to stay nor will ever stay again. One of my travelers fell and needed medical assistance and receved a bag of ice and an incident report. I ended up having to take them to the emergency room forefitting a day of stay with no other help or compensation. Sad to say this location is nowhere near the level of expectations of a Hilton Resort.
