We were travelling for a horse show at Westworld facility. While we didn't have time to check out the amenities of the pool, we did stay for four nights and never had room cleaned or fresh towels brought to the unit. We were in the lock-out side and had no access to a washing machine. I requested towels and told there were on the way but never received them. The room was never serviced and trash was never emptied. I'm a bit over covid cleaning protocols at this point. Hotel rooms need to be cleaned and refreshed... or leave a broom in the room so I can sweep the desert sand off the floor, myself. The daily texts from the front desk to see if we needed anything seemed nice, until my one request went totally ignored. Also, parking is hard! We parked on the other side of the property from our unit most evenings.

Very accommodating

Our stay was wonderful. We originally had a third floor room. My wife recently had knee surgery and it was near impossible for her to walk up three flights of stairs (no elevators). We requested a ground level room. The staff worked diligently and after the first night, they were able to arrange a ground level room for us which made the remaining stay just perfect.

Room was clean and well cared for. Our one suggestion was related to service. No one at the desk provided any information about responsibilities for taking out trash or when new towels would be provided. We made do with what was in the room and did the best we could. Suggest a simple handout regarding housekeeping.

arking was alittle stuggle. coming back from a dinner aftet 9 pm when the gate is already closed and not finding any sports available to park, might be frustrating. We had t park on the other side of the resort, it gave us 5 min walk. We do not mind that much but some peope might find this as a big problem. no breakfast served in the property is also a bit of a issue. Everything else is perfect.

We stayed in one of recent renovated units and that was very nice. Appliances, finishes, beds, furniture, including the fold out sofa very nice and the unit was kept very clean. Loved the shower. And the unit must be well insulated, as it was very quiet and the resort was sold out!! Parking was a bit difficult and never was able to park near our unit.

Good basic place to stay. Water takes 5 minutes to get hot enough to shower, shame to see such water waste. TV continuously ‘updates listing’ and resets back to hotel start screen. So you can’t watch anything without being annoyed. Everything in room seemed in good order and relatively new.

Save electricity or gas. It appears that there are restrictions on hot water. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes for the water to heat up in the bathroom sink and shower. This wastes alot of water. This was a disabled accessible room and the bed, while low, was uncomfortable.

Didn’t realize it was a vacation club property! Meaning outside entry. 70 years old and had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Staff didn’t offer to take luggage and also could’ve been considerate and put us on the first or even second floor!
