The room and bed were very comfortable. The plumbing had an odd noise that would start up but not from our use of the water. The staff was okay but every time I stepped up to the customer service counter I did not feel like I was the priority.

We had to wait to check in -hoping for an early check in. They were to text us when a room was ready. We never received a text and had to go to the front desk to receive our room keys on our own. The resort was very nice and we would stay there again.

Spent a day by the pool relaxing, very good service there also. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again. Only issue was we can’t find a hiking knife we left in the jeep when we valeted car. We knew exactly where we put it. And the next day it was gone from the console. Disappointing end to the trip, it was a gift."
