Book a hotel near Musical Instrument Museum, North Phoenix

"My room had an intense smell of smoke from a fire that recently occurred in that room or the room below or next to it. I called the front desk to switch rooms. Unfortunately, they said they were sold out so they couldn’t move me to another room. So the front desk came up to my room and brought me a spray bottle full of cleaning disinfectant. I had the staff smell my room and they agreed how bad it smelled. Again, she couldn’t do anything to help me other than spray the disinfectant all over. I did so and it did nothing to help. My complaint is with the manager allowing that room to be rented out. That room should be off the market unit they address the issue. The hotel was nice and clean with no complaints other than the smell in my room being so overpowering I got about 2-3 hours of sleep. The manger allowing that room to stay open should be audited and demoted or at minimum held accountable for this failure to provide every guest with the best experience. "

"The AC wasn't as strong as I'd of liked, I'm a hot sleeper so I struggled to sleep since the room wasn't cold enough. A few things were broken like the outlets near the bed and the removable shower head. However, everything else was very clean and staff was great. :)"

"The house was fully equipped for everything we needed for our stay. Our kids absolutely loved all the fun thing that were available for them to play with—especially the arcade games, basketball court, pool toys, and, perhaps surprisingly, the chalkboard. The ability to heat the pool while it was unusually cold was particularly useful as it was one of the reasons we wanted to get out of the northeast for the week. The hosts were communicative and extremely easy to work with. We’d absolutely come back for another vacation!"
