Unbeatable location. Lobby was beautiful. Hotel was very clean. Lobby was filled with smoke and the smell of perfume trying to cover up smoke. Our hotel room was so smoky it made our eyes water and made us sneeze, even though it was “non smoking”. All of our clothes and bags smell like smoke. I don’t have an allergy or sensitivity but it was just plain unpleasant and quite gross in a “luxury” hotel. The staff were only ok. Always seemed busy and stressed, not overly friendly. Huge lines for everything - from front desk, to restaurant service, taxis etc.
