Living the Beach Life, a 4-bedroom beach house located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Featuring an expansive outdoor living space with private pool (heated for additional fee). Great location for your next beach getaway - just one block from the beach and Beach Access 44. Property can accommodate up to 12 guests. This property is pet friendly (for an additional fee).

DETAILS:
Featuring an open concept floor plan with granite counter tops throughout. The fully furnished kitchen boasts stainless appliances and includes an island that accommodates 3 bar stools, and the separate dining area includes a table for up to 8. Living area features a large sofa (queen sleeper), love seat, oversize chair, 75" flat screen TV and sliding doors that open onto the expansive private back yard and patio.

This 4-bedroom house includes a spacious master suite located on the opposite side of the house from the other three bedrooms. The master suite is its own private sanctuary with a king bed with a large window overlooking the private backyard, recessed ceiling, ceiling fan, 55" flat screen TV, private bathroom with two sinks, oversize walk-in shower, separate lavatory room, and huge walk-in closet. The private laundry room is located next to the master suite and features new, full-size washer and dryer.

The other three bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, ceiling fan and a 39" flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 features a full/twin bunk with a full bed on the bottom, ceiling fan and 39" flat screen TV. Bedroom 4 is perfect for the kids and features 2 sets of bunks, ceiling fan and accommodates 4. Bathroom number two features a deep soaking tub with a shower and vanity with a granite countertop. High quality bed linens, plush towels and amenities are provided throughout this property.

A two-car garage in addition to large driveway will accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Boat or trailer parking is welcome on site. The garage is also perfect to store your kayaks, paddle boards and beach equipment. Also you will find a ping pong/air hockey table located in the garage.

The private, oversize back yard is completely fenced in and is perfect to relax in the newly completed private pool (heated for additional fee). Outdoor area also includes a large patio with flat screen TV, gas grill, dining table with 6 chairs and several lounge chairs and a perfect location to enjoy a game of cornhole or other yard games. The property is also Pet Friendly (for an additional fee)

Location, Location, Location...
The location is in the heart of Panama City Beach. Easily accessible from Front Beach Road or Hutchison Blvd (Middle Beach Road) so traffic will never be a concern. Pier Park is less than a 5-minute drive. Shopping is close by with Publix and Walmart less than 2.5 miles. The best restaurants in Panama City Beach are located near the property and include Harpoon Harry's, Runaway Island, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Firefly and Nick's Slice of Brooklyn. Attractions close by include the Shipwreck Island Water Park, Sky Wheel, Rock-it Lanes, Just Jump, Go Carts and Putt-Putt Golf.

What an amazing property! Walk to the beach, pool was perfect and the pictures are exactly what you get. Being one block from beach it was a high traffic area but would definitely rent again. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Great Property

The house was beautiful and the pool was very nice. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. My only complaint is the neighborhood, but my group and I overall felt very comfortable and were not bothered by the neighbors. The property manager was very responsive the entire time I needed to be in contact him. Would stay again!

Property described accurately, easy check-in, nice clean house! Good size pool and enough chairs for everyone to enjoy (which is rare)! Very easy walk to the beach. So much fun! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for a great week!

Great weekend

This home was everything we needed it to be. Large enough to accommodate our group, clean, close to the beach, easy parking, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Most kitchen items we needed were available with the exception of a few items. I struggled a little communicating with the home owner via the app's messaging platform but he answered the phone each time I called him directly. We'd recommend it and would stay again!

WONDERFUL property. It instantly felt like home. Plenty of sleeping space, lounging space, cooking space, everything. Totally fenced yard kept our medium sized dogs safe and happy. Fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, stove, grill, garage remote ... all great. TV in every room, although we only used the main TV. Good Internet access. Basically quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Extremely convenient to roads et al. Less than five min walk to public beach access. PCB is easy to get around with three W and E roads and numerous N and S. Restaurants everywhere. Dog beach limited but decent. Ten min drive to Conservation Park, a must visit, very serene and easy walking paths. Ten mins to St. Andrews Park, beach walking, shell collecting, awe inspiring views. An hour to Destin and it’s Outlet Mall. A perfect place for us. Andy, the agent, was available and in contact with us as needed, very responsive and welcoming. Simply a perfect stay. Thanks!

The house was excellent. It was very clean, and in immaculate appearance. All light switches were labeled so you knew what you were turning on . I would defiantly stay here again , and would recommend it to ever one . There are a couple things I would like changed. The dryer in the house needs updated, It took 2 to 3 cycles to dry your clothes. The cook ware needs updated also. When we cooked with it all the food stuck to them . lastly I would like to see an updated coffee marker ( Keurig ) Thanks and I hope this helps

Best stay I’ve had in Florida!

When my friends and I walked in we were blown away by the state of the house. It’s absolutely beautiful! The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious, the kitchen and seating area was perfect. The location of the house is the best part! Just a quick four minute walk to the amazing white sand beach! Plenty of food areas around the house as well. The Walmart was a quick five minute drive down Panama City Parkway. Another couple miles down the road was Pier Park where they have plenty of tourist attractions, and great food spots. I highly recommend this home to anyone!
