This beautifullly remodeled, updated condo is located on the third floor of Tower 3, one of the most desired locations within Long Beach Resort because of the proximity to the lagoon pool and beach access. This condo has upscale furnishings and is in great condition! Enjoy the floor to ceiling window views from both the bedroom and living room area. Step out onto your private 30 foot balcony from both rooms to feel the cool ocean breezes and watch another beautiful Florida sunset! The balcony features all new, comfortable furniture. This 750 square foot condo will easily accommodate four, with a king size bed in the master suite and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining area seats four. The kitchen has been completely overhauled and features stainless steel appliances, a huge granite counter top island, and lots of counter space! There is a large flat screen HDTV in the living room AND the bedroom!! The entire condo is done in a beautiful travertine tile and the bathroom has a huge marble garden tub with a separate dressing area with a granite vanity with his/her sinks. Long Beach Resort has three pools (a 6800 square foot lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls) plus two seasonally heated polynesian pools, three hot tubs, a poolside bar and grill (seasonal), parasailing, jet ski and umbrella rentals on site, 24hr security with gated access and plenty of parking. The resort's location is convenient to everything you want to do such as golf, restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, and Wal Mart (across the street in case you forget anything!). If you are looking for an unforgettable vacation, honeymoon or anniversary getaway, you will find none better than this condo!!

End of summer vacation

Very clean resort & beach. Close to a lot of restaurants. Across the street from Walmart where we bought groceries. Quiet. C level & Sharkys restaurants were our favorites. Highly recommend. Would definitely come back to Long Beach Resort!!

Pros and cons of this condo

Beautifully decorated, perfect location. Be aware can not adjust temperature stayed at 69 all week and we all froze. The place needs a deep cleaning or a good overall cleaning done was very nasty to the point we cleaned before getting situated.

Wonderful Condo!!

This condo is perfect. Perfectly clean and wonderfully decorated. All the utensils you would need to cook a full meal. The resort was very quiet and perfectly maintained. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the dolphins play. Also one morning there was rain offshore and we woke up to a beautiful rainbow. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Accommodations

This unit is the perfect size for a two person week away! Furnished with everything you need. The balcony is where we spent a ton of our time when not at the pool and beach. The bar height chairs and table are GENIUS! Finally, a location that you don't have to peer through railings. Location is easy walking distance to restaurants and some shops or a very convenient short drive. Will keep this one saved for future escapes from dreary MI winters!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was decorated beautifully. It was so clean as was the complex. The pools were great and clean. The beach is right outside the door. The condo was well furnished with all we needed. Close to restaurants but not really close enough to walk u less you walk a lot. The beach chairs were a nice addition. We went during busy season and were told more than once that they were almost all booked by 10am. The communication was great with Kim’s Condos staff. Checkin was easy. Great stay. Hope to come back soon

Very Well Decorated

When I stay at the beach, I want a beachy feel in my condo. This one was great. I really enjoyed the safe & secure feel. The property is private, gated entrance, secure parking. The living room sliding door wouldn't open but we didn't notify owner during stay because there were just 2 of us & we used the bedroom sliding door. The pool was incredible. It had waterfalls & was really nice. The entire property was clean & maintained.
