Pass on this one…
Expecting to be do laundry while on vacay? Well, this ISN’T the place to stay. We realized on day two that the heating element on the dryer had gone out and I immediately reached out to Vacasa (via text and phone). I was told several times that it had been turned over to the local team and manager, but no one ever arrived or reached out to repair. The reps were all kind and apologetic for the issue, but unfortunately kindness and proper texting etiquette does not fix the problem.
Two other minor issues to be aware of is the freezer leaks into the refrigerator, causing water to pool on the top two shelves and the bathroom sink is very slow to drain.
The condo itself was very clean and decorated really cute. It was ample space and very comfortable for our family of four. The king size bed and the pull out sofa bed were comfortable and the bedding was nice. It is located very close to the elevator, but we sleep with a sound machine and the sound was not an issue for us during the night.
Majestic Towers offers very nice amenities and is centrally located to stores and restaurants. The lobby and all public spaces were very nice and clean.
This is the first time I’ve ever left a one star review and/or low rating.
It appears the dryer and sink issue have been ongoing now for more than one month…if you have booked and are still in your 100% refund window, I suggest that you do so.
