We checked in on a Friday. The lay out of the house is not well described in the listing. The Zillow listing has more realistic pictures. The location is amazing once you know the codes to enter and exit the property and gates. We called multiple times to get codes. The ones given in the email/text did not work. Once inside the house it was clean except sheet rock dust in a bedroom that seemed had just had a new tv put up. Not sure on exactly what has been done and it smelled of paint in the house. The 2 kitchen sinks leak. The faucets need to be tightened. The little door to hold the dish washing tablet in the dish washer was broken off so using the main dishwasher was not easy and barely cleaned. The microwave on the main level was broken. Would not turn on at all. We had to go to basement to use a microwave. We paid 870 to heat the pool and spa. Good god almighty. We could barely get into the spa. It was BURNING hot. The pool was dirty. Leaves, dirt, sand all in the pool and hot tub and around it. The chandelier in then kitchen, while nice and gave off light, was in the way, extremely crooked and many hit heads when sitting at the table for dinners or playing cards. The couches in the den were great and the tv in the den was great also! I have never used a washing and drying in 1 machine style so we had to google how to use it! some is the stuff is easily fixed but needs to be addressed. We had 14 people.. 8 adults, 5 teens and a baby and it was a good family vacation
