The staff was friendly. We didn't get all the perks that the package deal stated. We had. In suite dinning the 1st night and the meal not pleasant, mention it and the staff stated we needed to talk to the manager. As we had a tight schedule we couldn't get connected with the manager when we tried.

My suite was spotless and I was so thankful for the upgrade! There is so much to do in the hotel itself that I felt like I didn’t even need to leave for anything! It was also extremely convenient for my show at The Sphere! This wasn’t my first stay at The Venetian and I’m sure it will not be my last!
