"The hotel and the staff was nice but the room said the shower water was being filtered and I highly doubt that considering the shower head had tons of build up. Also, they said the double bed rooms had queens when they are clearly full sized beds. I also didn’t like that on the breakfast buffet, the grits and the turkey bacon is behind the omelet station where everyone stands in line. As someone who doesn’t eat pork or eggs, it was very frustrating that I couldn’t get turkey bacon or grits without waiting for others to get full blown omelets. I think the grits should be on the main buffet and the turkey bacon should be too and labeled. In Philly there’s a large Muslim community who doesn’t eat pork, so why are the non pork items being restricted to the side?! It’s like they lowkey discriminate because you don’t eat pork. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly."

"They are working on the hotel. My room heat didn’t work it was cold during our trip. Front desk staff was great. Maintenance man was rude when we first got there our keys didn’t work so we had to wait for him. He came use his key and made a smart remake saying that it worked. We should him both of our keys didn’t work. Also they started working on things 10-11 so not much of being able to sleep in. The water was cut off the morning of check out so we had to use the bottle water to brush our teeth."

"Parking was very taxing. The staff parking were not pleasant and not helpful. Shower temperature was hard to adjust water temperature. Hard to get new towels. Needing to wait. The towels didn’t look clean and fresh. Front desk staff was awesome and most helpful!"

"The hotel was a bit run down once you passed the lobby. Most staff was helpful. Parking was expensive to not have any direct access to the hotel- after parking your car you have to walk all the way through the parking garage and outside to the front of the hotel. One a more positive note: the hotel is super close to many historical sites."

"I arrived before check in and asked the receptionist if she was able to hold my luggage. I was told no. The very next day, the entire receptionist area behind her was full of luggage they were holding for other guests. The luggage was still there on Monday when I checked out. Despite the hours of operation sign next to the 10th floor diner saying otherwise, I came to discover the diner was closed on Sundays and Mondays. However, I saw guests eating there Monday. Between the receptionist lying to my face about the ability to hold luggage and the mixed information about the diner, I had an aggravating experience."
