The lady at the front desk didn’t seem at friendly and she forgot to text me when my room was ready. We also had tiny ants in the kitchen. Rooms were nicely painted, but weird angles in the room. Beds are just okay. Liked the activities: pool, ping pong, bean bag toss, mini golf.

Had small screened balcony, it was nice. Room was clean. Kitchen was nice. Walls are very thin- could hear everything in room next door and in stairway. Bathroom could use an update. Bed was comfy and nice linens. Nice market next to pool (seemed to have everything you'd ever need), with bar and food service. Hot tub could use a deep clean. Plenty of towels at pool, nice employees. Wish they weren't spraying for insects around pool while we were there- chemical smell was yuck.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at this resort. The name has changed and renovations are ongoing on several buildings but still a good option for affordability and location. Easy drive to Universal or Disney Springs. Traffic is bad trying to get on I-4 in the evenings however. The pool is heated and the deep area is 5’. However, it is starting to show its age with many cracked tiles. The hot spa is also nice. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo as we have before. The layout is a little weird but we loved having a stovetop and a full sized refrigerator. The bed was fairly hard but no too terrible. The bathroom was large, with a soaking tub and shower. We didn’t love that we could hear everything in the hallway and also could hear our neighbor talking on the phone. They also had karaoke one night at one of the pools that was very loud and went until 9:30. Overall we would recommend and will probably stay again in the future.

No controlled access to the property but didn’t have any problems. Good parking. The layout of the condos is odd (5 walls in a bedroom?). Tiny patio. Excellent bathroom with a tub we didn’t use. Good beds and sheets. Quiet at night. Slept well.

Some units were closed due to being renovated but there was no disruption as all work is within the units , once all completed the resort will be amazing! Shout out to Nanci on reception, couldnt do enough to help us!!

We chose Hilton Vacation Club Grande Villas Orlando for its convenient location, the kitchen amenities, and the overall home-like atmosphere—and we’re glad we did! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There was some construction happening on-site, but it didn’t really bother us apart from a few areas marked with yellow tape. The swimming pool was beautiful, and the hot tub was perfectly hot and relaxing. It was a great choice for our Orlando visit, and we’d definitely consider staying here again
