We have been coming here since 2019 except for one year and we were very disappointed the one year we weren’t at Grande villas. we LOVE this HVC so much!! They look after you, they take care of you. The facilities, the service and the location are perfection! they will always have our business. The only thing that we have concerns about and we were moved out of our room so they could accommodate us, was that some of the TVs are not allowing us to use our fire stick and that is big for us on vacation at night so we can relax and watch our TV. Again, thank you so much and bravo to the staff!

Hilton Vacation Club Grand Villas for the WIN!

Our stay was fabulous! This place has it all and feels like an upscale resort. The pools, mini golf, bags game, ping pong and fire tables offered something for everyone. We stayed for four nights in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment which offered all of the comforts of home, including laundry. We were in Orlando to hit up Disney World and Universal Studios - both are located very close and were just a short drive away. And, if you prefer the hotel did offer a shuttle bus to the parks. Our room was incredible, the price was very reasonable, the staff were so kind. Overall this is a place we would definitely stay again.

My stay was enjoyable. The grounds are well kept. Everything was as described on the website. The room was clean. I appreciated they gave a food discount card for a nearby Pizza Restaurant. I will stay again.

We only stayed at the property for Disney World. The mistake we made was attending the time share presentation for which we were promised Hilton Honors points we never received. Even after month later and several promises to fix the problem, still nothing. Don’t be convinced, don’t waste your time. The hotel itself was fine.

Wow..... All that you need in one place

There's so much to say about the property. The room was incredibly comfortable. Staff or all very hospitable. The tiki Hut was awesome. Our host, Marwen, with everything anyone needs to wind down. Always attentive to the guests needs and accommodating in any way that he could. The grounds were amazing. There is many things to do in the pools were relaxing and inviting. Something for the entire family. The option of having a kitchen fully stocked was the most convenient piece of our stay. We could come and go as we please grab a bite have a snack, and go out later take a nap go again etc. We would certainly come again.

The property is showing it's age. There was a towel rack in the bathroom thay kept falling down any time we tried to hang a towel on it. One of the buildings near us was damaged and under construction. I would probably stay again if I got a good deal on a room, but just be aware this is an older property so some things may show some age.
