If I could give 10's instead of 5's I would

Pros: everything....including access to the hotels DVD inventory located in the Business Center
Cons: the light from the clock radio was exceptionally bright at night but no problem....thats how perfect this resort is, only thing I could even think of
Location: Its 15 minutes from Universal Orlando and maybe 20 from Walt Disney but both easy to get to. Waterparks and everything Orlando has to offer are minute
Well working with the hotel industry I get to be around a lot of different hotel/resorts here in South Florida plus I have stayed at many nice places around the world and my experience at the Parc Soleil was perfect. If you are coming to Orlando for the Parks or work, this hotel should be your first choice. I had a penthouse suite but I know any of the other rooms would have been just as nice if not as large. Every attention to detail was thought of. The staff were the best and the young lady at the front desk was especially friendly. This resort has everything and all of the fixtures are first rate. The pool was gorgeous with 2 water falls, a waterpark type slide, and 4 hot tubs circling the pool itself. Parking was free and convenient. I was given 2 free bottles of water (or coffee if you prefer) and a discount service card for local restaurants. I also was given a discount at the on site convenience store. Plus I was given a free shutterfly card to have all of my pics made into a nicely bound scrap book of my vacation. At 10 o'clock you can see the fireworks from Walt Disney World very clearly from the west facing windows, so ask for that if you care. I will definitely stay here for every future trip to Orland. All of the parks are no more than 15-20 minutes away......Thanks to everyone at PSH for making my 1 night stay as wonderful as possible. Steve Buchholz Lake Worth FL

Good for families with kids

Good relaxing stay, pool activity for kids, not my thing but for those who like it. Some un identified noise at night from fridge or roof. But guest rooms are generally quite. They try to get you to attend their presentation, too pushy. Discounts are offered for some shows, helpful. Great staff all over, they greet people with smile anywhere you see them.. Very professional.

Good location, disappointed immediately by staff!

Pros: Good location, close to most anything.
Cons: No sales calls before 8am.....or ever!
When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a kind employee who promptly checked us in. Immediately after we were directed to a desk that gave us a parking card, which was actually the station that asks if you want to set up a time share. Unfortunately I was sick and we were in town for a wedding, so there was no time to sit on a 2 hour session. Immediately when we arrived in the room, we discovered it was a handicapped room. We called right away and asked for a non handicapped room (I prefer a bathtub if possible). They said all the rooms were booked except on the first floor. COME ON NOW. The hotel wasn't even close to full.....we were irritated. Then, every single morning before 8am, our room phone rang. Guess who it was? The sales people wanting to schedule a time share. Are you serious? We're on a kid-free vacation, excited to sleep in, and we get called daily this early? Unacceptable. I think the first time we said no thanks should have been sufficient. So sadly, I have to say this was not a great experience. I expected so much more for the price!

Very clean hotel, great service. Didn't need to leave the hotel, everything was right there. Enjoyed the walking trail around the lake.

Wow! This is a resort not a hotel.

Pros: The pool was wonderful. There was a lovely little cafe by the pool. The kitchen in the room was a nice surprise.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Location: All the attractions are a short drive away.
It was fabulous! I went in February and enjoyed the resort-style outdoor pool with slide and waterfall. Both kids and grownups enjoyed the slide. Everything was brand new and sparkling. It is really a timeshare and like most timeshare facilities it's lovely and set up for vacationing families. You do need a car but there is plenty of parking and it was free. The room was spacious and included a little kitchen. I give it my highest recommendation.

Everything I needed

Pros: Quiet
This room was complete with toaster, silverware, dishes etc. It was quiet and comfortable. It was a great value if you get a good price. I only wish the Studio had a balcony.

Amazing

The pictures do not do this hotel justice. Our room was beautiful, the beds were extemely comfortable, housekeeping came whenever we took the do not disturb sign from door be it at 10am or 4pm. We only left the resort one day to do disney there is so much to do onsite..my 8 year old played games with the recreation staff and other kids all day. ( Recreation staff are super nice ) The onsite resteraunt was great and very reasonable and the food was delicious. I would defintley reccomend this hotel to anyone who has children and wants to keep them entertained all day.

We were completely satisfied!

From the moment we entered the property every detail was perfect. The guard at the front gate already had our personalized parking/entry pass computer printed and waiting for us. The actual check in took only minutes. The parking was an actual covered parking garage so every time we came or went from the car it was cool and dry! The room was clean and the bed comfortable and perfect! There was a marketplace (store) had all the small essentials as well as a Starbuck and deli with affordable prices. The hotel cafe was even priced just right and we would walk from our breakfast each morning just a few feet to our pool side lounges and a few hours of sunbathing. Downtown Disney, MANY restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, etc., were all just minutes away. We were a couple without kids but the resort was very family friendly and kept all the kids busy the whole time and big enough that we never felt bothered by the children even having left ours at home. We are already planning a return trip
