The lobby was dirty. Someone had spilled pizza before I got there and it was all over. The clerk went to clean it up after I mentioned it. I had no soap or shampoo in my room. This was s very disappointing hotel.

Should have been an Anniversary trip but it was horrible!! Next time only Marriott Residence. The power went on and off back to back and on Sunday the power was out for 4 hours!!! Nothing done to accommodate us or give us a longer check our time. We were almost charged for extra time although the power was turn on at 10:30 am!! We couldn’t see in the bathroom. Basic hotel nothing fancy. Not a suite just a room with a very limited kitchenette. Thin walls. Tv didn’t work but it was taken care of by the hotel staff. WiFi didn’t work but taken care of next day by staff, a whole day of WiFi not used... no accommodations for it either. Then... we notified front desk of late check in and no record of booked hotel with call center. You call and talk to a call center after 8 pm. Person shows up 15 minutes later... Finds it! Once we are in the room... 3 minutes later were told to keep it down... no one is talking or loving only sat dtuff on desk. Old lady on 2nd floor complains too much noise. It’s a hotel you can hear people walking... get a freaking life. Room wasn’t completely clean... hair... yes hair on stove and bed and in shower had to go buy materials to clean it myself. No accommodations made firvit even after we requested a different room. Halls full of smoke and people smoke in their rooms no non smoking floors or rooms we were told! Ugh!! I am allergic to smoke! Horrible experience!!! Never again!!

The hotel had two coach roaches in our room and the sheet had stains. The remote to TV didn't work. Besides for that it was a nice hotel

Good hotel for quick trip

The hotel seemed to be in a good part of town and the rooms were clean. My only concern was the plastic bag over the smoke detector but I'm guessing they must have trouble with frequent false alarms since the rooms have a kitchenette with a stove top and some people shouldn't cook! The staff was not overly helpful or motivated and I waited at the counter for 30 mins to check in because of a "shift change". In their defense, however, I did arrive after hours. Overall, I would stay here again for another quick overnight trip. The price was right so I wasn't too disappointed. But for a longer stay where customer service may come into play, I might stay elsewhere.

Ok but check it out thoroughly

check out everything before you stay there - if there are alternates, go there. Not a place for children..

You might not get what you reserved

Call ahead yourself and check this place out. My confirmed reservation was never found therefore the double, non-smoking room I reserved was not available and I was stuck in a single smoking room. Additionally, don't count on the internet connection working; it worke for only one of the four days I was there. Also, unlike most other extended stay places I've stayed in, there were no dishes or pots and pans. You could rent them for $ x more per week, however. Staff was very friendly and accommodating once they found out I reserved the trip with x. One caveat, the location is near a DOC halfway house or treatment center so don't wander out and about on foot.

Much needed concept

My wife & I stayed here for a week. It is truly no frills, but is a great place for extended stay. Average nightly price was $30. Cool, comfortable room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom...no problems at all during the week. Since our check-out day was Sunday & there is no front desk person on duty (they have regular daily office hours M-F), the manager told us we could stay an 8th night. Great experience...we'll stay here again.
