I checked out around 7 am went to desk to turn in my keys and receipt for my cash deposit back and was told but the lady working that I would have to come back at 9 am to get my deposit because she couldn’t check room and I would have to wait until 9 to get it so now when I get off of work I have to drive across town to get my deposit other hotels usually give it back when I check out!!
