"Carpets were dirty and stained, walls had scuffs on them and furniture was damaged. A/C barely worked and when I asked for someone to check it I was told this was energy saving option. Reservation was for four people, yet there were only three towels in the bathroom and two bottles of water. Lights were so dimmed you could barely see at night and some of them didn't work. Upon check-in I was invited to sign a document declining housekeeping services since we stayed three nights. Not a four star experience for sure."

"I was expecting something special when I booked this stay. It was OK… Certainly not special. The room was OK, not as nice as the price point would suggest as the suite’s furniture was shabby and worn. I have had better bedding at roadside motels at less than 1/5 the cost than the bedding here. It felt like sleeping on a piece of plastic and smelled like cheap deodorant. The spa was great, food was good, and staff was great. Early morning walks allowed for some great birding! Our “villa” had a washer and dryer! Our villa also felt like we were trapped in a cave, complete with the smell of mild mold. Additionally, I expected to see original art, not stuff hanging off walls that looked like it was purchased at a discount used furniture store. The carpet, especially the outdoor carpet, needs replaced. There are much better values out there, not sure I want to return."

"Bad…… toilet clogged up. The propane was out on the bbq grills. Took 2hours to get a cooking pan to the unit. Location and room great. Great service at the pools. Check in and check out easy."
