"As soon as we arrived, the concierge was welcoming. Checkin was easy. The staff are polite and accommodating. This is rare – but since it is a five star hotel, I’m glad they live up to the standards. The service was impeccable! My family and I stayed for 3 nights for a little summer vacation away. We enjoyed everything. The family/kids pool was perfect for my little ones. We enjoyed every minute. I actually felt relaxed. Beds were comfy, pillow was just ok (sorry) not the best. Overall, great bedding and rooms were almost perfect and clean. I hope they pay more attention to the carpets and bathroom. Thank you! "

"Lovely stay in the condo with a very comfy king sized bed. Queen murphy bed could not be put away so the space was a bit tight; our dog didn't mind though. She loved having her very own bed :) The condo was sparkling clean and instructions were clear. One thing though, there is no automatic shades, just curtains so please note that there's no blackout if you're looking to sleep in. Lovely steam shower and tub and would def stay again!"
