I enjoyed the service. The staff was great. The dining staff was excellent. The food was good very nice hotel and I loved Batman to deliver towels and toiletries. The next time I visit San Diego I will be staying there again.

The young woman on staff when we arrived, late at night and tired, was delightful. The room was clean, if tired. Otherwise what would be expected. We were just there for an overnight and it met our needs.

This place was surprisingly gross. As soon as you walk in, the lobby smells like a hard boiled egg. And I’m not talking about during breakfast hours. The coffee in the lobby was cold the 2 times we tried to get some during our stay, which means they don’t even bother to check it. Our room was a good size, but on day 2 we noticed a funky smell when we got back. The next morning it was worse. It turns out the cabinet under the sink was full of trash bags from a previous guest. That’s disgusting to think their cleaning crew doesn’t even bother to open cabinets during their supposed cleaning. I can’t even imagine what else they didn’t clean in our room. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
