Adjacent to Convention Hall, this lovely bayside condominium project features 4 buildings; each building has one or more elevators, access to the outdoor pool, off street parking and boat docking. Boat docks are available for a fee with on-site registration only on a first come, first serve basis after you check-in. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and dining area with sliding doors opening to a large balcony. Features include fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and central air. Some units are NON-SMOKING. Wireless internet access is available in some units. Balcony has ground access.

Price and accommodations matched

This home was perfect for our quick trip to OC. Everything was decorated nicely and quite clean considering that it is a short term rental. It was perfect having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. WiFi was very slow and without it we had trouble finding service on two different carriers. Overall it was well worth the price and we hope to book there again next year!

The condo itself was overall pretty good. The only problems we had was dryer was broke most of the stay had to go to laundry cause they only give you enough towels for 1 per person ( which really sucked ) crack and mold in the master shower. I addressed this with the real estate lady! The place itself is bacislly not for families with young kids!!! We came home from beach at 6 pm and was told we where to loud ?!? The pool kid yelled at my kids for every single thing they did !! Being to loud, jumping in basically being kids ! The pool closed at 8 every night and basically it was quiet time from then on ! I respect people and know others start their day super early if that’s not you I recommend you don’t stay here !! We like to stay up late swim and actually have fun on our vacation so we won’t be staying here again! Again the condo was great just not the place !

Great comfortable and clean condo. Liked the equipped kitchen and space!

Main bathroom was very worn but functional. Washer and dryer didn’t always work. Very clean and spacious condo. Close to everything. Overall, very nice and relaxing vacation space!
