There was nothing good no elevator no ice machine no phones no blow dryers no pool no space terrible mattress got bitten by spiders or something maintenance had to rip bed apart to search for spiders or bedbugs assured not bedbugs no manager on duty Saturday staff had no answers or authority ambassador advertised under sister company amenities so false advertising want a refund as it was to late to get another facility for a reasonable rate very disappointed

We love the hotel.. but the upkeep on the rooms need to be done.. new paint, fixtures, doors, tiles and blinds. They do alil up keep would be great. The maid service was okay.. they are very skow at getting to your room if at all.. and maintance man was not very reliable.

The Receptionist was very hostile, no bath soap in the bathroom and when asked for said they had none, left my food I bought about and went out for about an hour and ants took it over, the tub in the bathroom was clogged the microwave dirty. It was disgusting.

The place was small but met our needs. The location was excellent! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Only complaints are lack of water pressure (shower couldn’t even wash shampoo out of short hair), also a broom with a dust pan in the apartment would have been helpful to clean up as needed. The units are made for families but waiting until 4pm for housekeeping to arrive was annoying. I would stay there again, only bring additional cleaning supplies and a new shower head.

Nice hotel

I went to the beach with 4 of my college friends and was worried after reading the reviews. However, this hotel was clean, and you got what you paid for. It looked just like the picture and was very close to the beach/ boardwalk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable vacation for the prices of staying that close to the boardwalk in OC.

Old & not maintained well

Nice location. Convenient with everything. The place is old and not well maintained. We arrived late and the staff was friendly but was not very helpful. Asked us to wait until morning to ask the Day staff. The bathroom tiles were broken on some parts, the toilet holder fell off when touched. The walls on the bedrooms are dirty. The couch in the living room is saggy, old and dirty and cannot use the pull out bed because it was in a bad shape. The plastic chair on the porch is broken. I almost hurt myself bad when I sat on it. It was replaced tho when asked. Will definitely not go back to this place unless they'll make an overhaul.

Close but not worth it...

Pros: It was very close to the beach.
Cons: The cleaning was not the best.
We stayed in a room that was "cozy". it was tight for us to stay there the whole time. There was 4 people but we were climbing over ourselves the whole time.
